Wednesday, Jan. 27 8:57 a.m.

Amanda Beloin, 21, of 42 Fairgrounds Road, was arrested at that address on an outstanding warrant.

9:19 p.m.

Carlos Eduardo Marcelo DaSilva, 35, of 54 Essex Road, was arrested at 31 Old South Road on charges of driving without a license and failing to display license plates.

Thursday, Jan. 28

9:26 a.m.

David D. Killen, 34, of 63 Vestal St., was arrested at 19 Hooper Farm Road on charges of driving without a license in possession, failing to have a vehicle inspected and driving with a suspended license.

Saturday, Jan. 30 7:15 p.m.

Rogerio M. Goncalves, 30, was detained for state police at 10 Surfside Road on a charge of driving without a license.

9:04 p.m.

Steven J. Holdgate, 18, of 6 ½ Lewis Court, was arrested at 6 Lewis Court on a charge of being a minor transporting alcohol.
