To the Editor: The stories in both local papers about the Town's questioning of the state ocean-protection plan seem to have caused confusion about the status of Long-tailed Ducks. People concerned about birds have been asking me if these ducks are in trouble. They are not, but the people at state level who wrote the plan imply that they are. More ... |
