Nantucket (Oct. 29, 2009) – This week, Superior Court Judge Richard Connon denied a motion for a new trial for convicted murderer Thomas Toolan III, though the judge’s written decision is not yet being released to the public, according to Nantucket Superior Court Clerk/Magistrate Pat Church.
