NANTUCKET POLICE BLOTTER

Nantucket police blotter for the week ending Tuesday, July 7, 2009. Information provided by the Nantucket Police Department. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tuesday, June 30 7:44 p.m. Walter Plummer, 39, of 61 Surfside Road, was arrested at 2 Sherburne Commons Lane on charges of violating a protective order, assault and battery and intimidating a witness.

Wednesday, July 1 6:20 p.m. Mark T. Reid, 45, of 8 Amelia Drive, was arrested at Milestone and Bunker roads on charges of driving outside marked lanes and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Friday, July 3 1:20 a.m. Aislinn Dugan, 21, of 72A Old South Road, was arrested at 57 Old South Road on charges of speeding, negligent driving and driving under the influence of alcohol.

1:06 p.m. Jazmine A. Fenton, 19, of 56 Union St., was arrested at 9 Salem St. on a charge of shoplifting.

Saturday, July 4 12:48 a.m. Richard E. Donnellan, 54, of 5 Chuck Hollow Road, was arrested at 23 Bank St. on charges of failing to use care in passing and driving under the influence of alcohol.

10:39 p.m. Michael P. Nally, 31, of 7 I St., was arrested at Broad and Easy streets on a charge of disorderly conduct.

11:12 p.m. Kedrick K. Edwards, 31, of 7 Cynthia Lane, was charged at Miacomet Road and Pond View Drive with bylaw violations including drinking from an open container while driving and possession of a Class B drug, subsequent offense.

11:21 p.m. Five men were arrested at 2 Morgan Square on charges of breach of the peace. They were: Jordan A. Moore, 21, of Corona, Calif.; Everson D. Griffen, 21, of Los Angeles, Calif.; Tyler Tannock, 20, of Barrington, R.I.; Samuel Chrupcala, 18, of Barrington, R.I. and Chad Egan, 21, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

Sunday, July 5 12:08 a.m. Lindsay E. Woodcock, 22, of 131 Surfside Road, was arrested at that address on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Tuesday, July 7 1:18 a.m. Taras Gutsuliak, 19, of 17 Greglen Ave., was arrested at Surfside Road and Tashama Lane on charges of failing to use care in passing and driving without a license.
