      It is unclear what the motivation is for poor losers Brian Chadwick and Patty Roggeveen to try to unseat Board of Selectmen chair Michael Kopko barely a month after he was reelected to that leadership post by a three-to-two vote - with Rick Atheron, Allen Reinhard, and Kopko in the majority.

      Congratulations to the Nantucket High School Class of 2009. This Saturday, 95 Nantucket High School seniors will walk across the Mary P. Walker Auditorium stage to receive their diplomas. Graduation on Nantucket is a community affair and the tiny island has taken great pride in your academic, athletic, scientific, theatrical and musical accomplishments.
