EDITORIAL
      It seems a bit odd for the Historic District Commission, a commission whose original mission was to regulate the appearance of island homes, to want to regulate that old and crumbling brick be used on the sidewalk outside the pharmacy, a place where people who are ill enter to pick up their prescriptions.

      To the Editor: The Board of Directors of the Nantucket Town Association would like to express our full support for a downtown location for Sustainable Nantucket's 2009 Farmers & Artisans Market. As this issue will soon come before the Board of Selectmen, we hope the board will endorse Sustainable Nantucket's effort to identify a suitable in-town site.
