Letters policy
The Nantucket Independent welcomes letters from our readers. The letters deadline is noon Monday. Letters should be brief and preferably typed. They must also include your name, address and telephone number. The Independent reserves the right to edit all letters, for clarity, taste, to eliminate libelous content and to fit available space. Submissions may be e-mailed to margaret@ acknews.com or dropped off at our offices at 15 North Beach Street.
