Tuesday, July 15

5:16 p.m. Gale E. Arnold, 73, of 123 Wauwinet Road was involved in an accident on Old South Road and issued a criminal complaint for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

6:05 p.m. Peter R. Cruice, 18, of 3 Morey Lane, was arrested on Polpis Road for speeding, failing to stop for police and possession of a class D drug. Maximilian D. Volpi, 17, of Kent, Conn., was also arrested in the same incident and charged with possession of a class D drug.

Wednesday, July 16

10:57 a.m. Andrew Lovette, 35, of Gainesville, Fla., was arrested at the Nantucket Police Department and charged with disorderly conduct and disorderly or indecent conduct.

4:27 p.m. Brian McWade, 32, of 6 Sasemin Way, was held for detention for the State Police for being a fugitive from justice.

Thursday, July 17

2:27 a.m. William D. Ciarmataro, 24, of 11 Somerset Lane was arrested on Miacomet Avenue and charged with disorderly conduct.

8:02 a.m. Casey Pearse, 19, of Yarmouth, Mass., was arrested on Straight Wharf and charged with being a minor in a car transporting alcohol and receiving stolen property. Kerron O. Luian, 20, of Yarmouth was arrested at the same time and charged with being a minor in a car transporting alcohol and receiving stolen property.

Friday, July 18

2:17 a.m. James E. Wiseman, 24, of Vineyard Haven, was arrested on West Creek Road and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle lights violation and for having an outstanding warrant.

3:12 a.m. Ismael Velasquez, 25, of Santa Fe, N.M., was arrested on Washaman Avenue and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and operating a motor vehicle negligently so as to endanger. 3:59 p.m. William Spaulding, 42, of Winaham, Conn., was arrested on Oak Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle after having his license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle on a public way and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

5:17 p.m. Randolph L. Tobin, 34, of Wilmington, Mass., was arrested on Pleasant Street and charged with assault and being a disorderly person.

Saturday, July 19

1:19 a.m. Tucker Frederick Harvey, 20, of 5 Meadow View Drive, was arrested on Polpis Road and charged with possession of liquor by a person under 21, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle lights violation and possession of marijuana. Christopher C. Schrope, 20, of 3 Toombs Court, was also arrested during the same incident and charged with being a minor riding in a car with alcohol and vandalizing property. Graig G. Fordyce, 20, of Fort Lee, N.J., was charged with being a minor riding in a car with alcohol during the same incident. William Iverson, 20, of 21 Meadow View Drive, was also arrested during the incident and charged with being a minor riding in a car with alcohol.

9:49 p.m. Joshua E. Butler, 17, of 4 Bailey Road, was arrested on Main Street and charged with assault and battery and being a disorderly person.

Sunday, July 20

1:14 a.m. Jeffrey S. Frase, 40, of New York City, was arrested on Broad Street and charged with domestic assault and battery.

4:07 a.m. Jonathan Graves, 26, of Pepperell, Mass., was arrested on Cliff Road and charged with a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana.

7:06 a.m. Matthew P. Kenah, 20, of 88 Pleasant St., was arrested on Polpis Road and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding.

Monday, July 21

1:50 a.m. Michelle Deland, 41, of 17 Ocean Ave., was arrested on Milestone Road and charged with failing to stop for a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

1:07 p.m. Lucien A. Campbell, 24, of 3 Hussey St., was arrested on Easton Street and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Tuesday, July 22

8:46 a.m. Michael A. Kittila, 19, of 8 Pine Grove Lane, was arrested on Surfside Road and charged with domestic assault and battery.
