German Ayala, 37, of Goshen, Utah, was arraigned on May 11, 2008 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was ordered to return to court on May 27.

Amyra Ashley Chase, 22, of Cohasset, Mass., was arraigned on May 5 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was ordered to return to court on May 27.

Carl C. Dean, 27, of 77 Old South Road, was arraigned on May 11 charges of assault and battery and was ordered to return to court on May 27.

Roger DeSilva, 33, of 16 Pine Grove Lane, had a May 7 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed on payment of $150 in court costs.

Anthony Hoang, 36, of 36 Essex Road, had a May 11 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed on payment of $150 in court costs.

Percy L. Murphy, 36, of 8 Bayberry Court, was arraigned on a May 3 charge of assault and battery and was ordered to return to court in May 19.

Barry O'Donovan, 32, of Newton, Mass., had a May 10 resisting arrest charge dismissed on payment of $200 in court cost. Charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Trevor James Poff, 27, of Newton, Mass., had a May 10 resisting arrest charge dismissed on payment of $100 in court cost. Charges of disorderly conduct and trespassing were dismissed.

Henry A. Plummer, 50, of 22 Trotters Lane, was arraigned on May 12 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation and was ordered back to court on May 27.

Joan Mendoza, 25, of 20B Pine Grove Lane, was arraigned on May 10 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation and was order to return to court on May 19.
