The boys and girls of (almost) summer are back at it
Little more than a month after the pros had their opening days, ceremonial first pictures and, in the case of our - ahem - beloved Red Sox, a trip to Japan, Nantucket's Little Leaguers took their rightful places on the diamonds, mounds and outfields of the island's baseball and softball fields. The season may have only just begun, but the return of baseball and softball can only mean that summer and its longed-for sunshine are nearly here.
