Andrews, 45, of Marion, Mass., was arraigned on April 24 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to stop or yield and was ordered to return to court on June 9. Mercia Batista, 37,of 85 Fairgrounds Road, had March 1 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to wear a seat belt and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation dismissed after paying all court costs. Apretrial hearing for ChristopherBrantley, 39, of Nantucket, on April 9 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop or yield and a marked lanes violation, was continued to May 27. Aprobation violation hearing for JadirSilva Bussu, 29,of 16 Pine Grove Lane, on March 4, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, was continued to May 27. Awarrant was issued for the arrest of Steven M. Canty, 49,of West Yarmouth, Mass., for failing to appear in court on Sept. 6, 2007 charges of operating of a motor vehicle with a suspended license- subsequent offense, operation of a motor vehicle in violation of his license class, having an uncovered or unsecured load and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Apretrial hearing for Benjamin E. Chavez, 33, of Everett, Mass., on Nov. 11, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol as to endanger a child and a marked lanes violation, was continued to May 19. Apretrial hearing for Julian Rondon Cuello, 38, of 35B Essex Road, on a March 7 charge of open and gross lewdness, was continued to May 19. Marco Desouza, 27, of 18 Bartlett Road, had Nov. 3, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving an unregistered motor vehicle dismissed after paying all court costs. Apretrial hearing for Norman D. Doss, 41, of West Haven, Conn., for failing to appear in court on Feb. 29 charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was continued to May 14. Apretrial hearing forDaniel David Foley, 37,of 8 York St., on Nov. 28, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation, was continued to June 19. Andre Francisco, 26,of 15 Pine Grove Lane, had a March 24 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed after paying court costs. ChristopherB. Gallant, 28, of 35 Low Beach Road, was arraigned on April 22 charges of forgery or misuse of a registry of motor vehicles document, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of a class D drug and concealing a license plate and was ordered back to court on May 27. Awarrant was issued for the arrest of Joshua W. Gohring, 23, of Attleboro, Mass., for failing to appear in court on Sept. 8 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and a number plate violation. Nicholas Ian Gregoire, 17, of 32 Polpis Road had charges of assault, trespassing and disturbing a school continued without finding for one year and was ordered to undergo counseling and not break any school rules during that time. Apretrial hearing for Jorge A. Hernandez, 35, of 40 Macy Lane, on April 13 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, was continued to May 19. Apretrial hearing for Stephen F. Hutchinson, 38, of Hingham, Mass., on March 28 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, was continued to May 19. Darlan D. Junior, 23, of 66 Prospect St., was arraigned on April 5 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation and was ordered back to court on May 19. Awarrant was issued for the arrest of Cheri L. Keefe, 38,of Hyannis, Mass., for failing to appear in court on a Jan. 1 charge of possession of a class B drug. Kevin M. Kelley, 30, of 7 Dennis Drive, had Dec. 12, 2007 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. Lucas Michetti, 27, of 6 Allen's Lane, had Dec. 6, 2006 charges of distributing cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug laws dismissed after paying all court costs and completing his probation. Apretrial hearing for Stefano D. Molinaro, 57, formerly of Nantucket, on a number of complaints from a variety of dates was continued to May 19. The charges and dates are; Larceny over $250 from July 26, 2007, larceny over $250 by a single scheme from Jan. 12, 2007, larceny over $250 by a single scheme from May 25, 2006 and larceny over $250 from Sept. 19, 2006. Molinaro also had two probation violation hearings continued to the same date on Dec. 28, 2005 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and speeding and July 28, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage. Apretrial hearing for Percy L. Murphy, 35, of 8 Bayberry Court, on Oct. 8, 2007 charges of larceny over $250 by a single scheme was continued to May 19. Apretrial hearing for Matthew Murray, 23,of 14 Chuck Hollow Road, on March 18 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license and speeding, was continued to June 9. Jason L. Ozimek, 31,of 66 Goldfinch Drive, had charges of failing to register as a sex offender, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle for 30 days out of the year without registering it, continued without finding for six months. Ozimek was convicted of an unspecified sex offense in 1997 and had been living on Nantucket during the week while doing construction work at the Nantucket Landfill, according to court testimony. Ozimek was unaware he had to register with the Nantucket Police Department, because his permanent residence was still in New Jersey. George S. Perry, 50, of Hyannis, had a charge of larceny by a check under $250 dismissed after making a restitution payment of $75.08. Apretrial hearing for Bishnu P. Simkhada, 33, of 19 Hooper Farm Road, on April 6, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, wad continued to May 19. Apretrial hearing for Marlene Soares, 35,of 8 Mary Ann Drive, on an Aug 22, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, was continued to May 19. Santos AguilarTejada, 25, of 54 Skyline Drive, had Feb. 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol continued without fining for one year at which time the charges will be dismissed. Acharge of negligent operation was dismissed and Tejada was found responsible for speeding and failing to drive in the right lane. Apretrial hearing for Allen Tosches, 54, of West Yarmouth, Mass., on March 18 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop for police and failing to drive in the right lane, was continued to May 19. Jamie R. Trimble, 19, of 18 York St., had Dec. 26, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and a speeding charge dismissed after paying all court costs. Jose A. Valle, 27, of 13B Cedar Circle, had Dec. 7, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not having a license in their possession, not having a registration in their possession, not having an inspection sticker and a motor vehicle brakes violation, dismissed on $220 in court costs. Vincent J. Veilleux, 17,of Nantucket, had two charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicleone from April 8 and one from April 28, dismissed on payment of $300 in court costs. Flavia Vignoli, 27,of 1 Evergreen Way, was arraigned on April 26 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Vignoli was in court awaiting her case to be called again when she was asked to leave the courtroom by a detective from the Nantucket police Department. When her case was called again, police informed the judge she has an immigration detainer and would be transferred to federal custody. The unlicensed charge was dismissed because Vignoli is likely to be deported. Apretrial hearing for Cedric J. Wade, 26, of 3 Celtic Drive, on a March 29 charge of violating an abuse prevention order was continued to May 27. Aprobation violation hearing for Raymond N. Woitkowski, 25, of 8 Salros Road, on March 31, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle lights violation and failing to wear a seat belt was continued to May 27. Apretrial hearing for Reese Wyche, 28, of Holliston, Mass., on March 26 charges of vandalizing property, assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering a vehicle in the nighttime for a felony and disorderly conduct, was continued to May 27.
