Carrie E. Bianchi, 31, formerly of Nantucket, had July 4, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation dismissed after paying all court costs.
Richard L. Burell, 30, of 15 Lewis Ct., was arraigned on April 1 charges of assault on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Burell had not guilty pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered back to court on May 19.
Keith E. Clemens, 18, of 30 Essex Road, had an April 4 charge of possession of liquor by a person under 21 dismissed prior to arraignment because Judge W. James O'Neil felt the police had not sufficiently proved Clemens was in possession of the alcohol due to the presence of a person in his vehicle who was over 21. "That is clearly an erroneous statement of law given by the police officer," said O'Neil after reading the police report about the incident. Clemens was also found not responsible for a marked lanes violation.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of James P. Conners, 41, formerly of Nantucket, for failing to appear in court on a Jan. 3, 2003 charge of possession of marijuana.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Stuart M. Courtney, 44, of 9 New Lane, for failing to make payments associated with Dec. 12, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Richard K. Henry, 57, of 34 Arkansas Ave., for failing to make payments or appear in court on Sept 25, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, a marked lanes violation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Gilbert J. Holdgate, 46, of 6 Forest Ave., had two Sept. 30, 2006 charges of assault and battery and a Jan. 1, 2007 charge of assault and battery dismissed after paying all court costs.
Johanna S. Jenkins, 35, of 37 Old South Road, was found to be up to date in her payments related to Jan. 18 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation.
Clifford Johnson, 40, of 5 Green Hollow Road, had an Aug 4, 2004 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed after appearing on Monday to serve on a jury.
Darland D. Junior, 23, of 66 Prospect St., was arraigned on April 5 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation and was ordered back to court on April 28.
A hearing for Jason D. Laffert, 30, of 10 Main St., 'Sconset, on Dec. 8, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation and was ordered to return to court on May 19.
David Mowels, 37, of 3 Oakland St., plead guilty to Jan. 31 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle and was ordered to pay $1,500 in fines.
Elizabeth Murphy, 22, of Wellesley, Mass., was found not guilty during a bench trial for a Sept. 25, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Karen Reid, 50, of 21B Park Circle, was found to be up to date in her payments stemming from Nov. 11, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to slow or yield and speeding.
Edwin Ruiz, 35, of Brockton, Mass., had Dec. 5, 2007 charges of forgery or misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document and not having a license in his possession continued without finding for one year and had to pay $1,000 in fines.
A warrant was issued for the arrest of Jason N. Scully, 26, of North Berwick, ME, for failing to appear in court on Oct. 10, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
A hearing for Jamie R. Trimble, 19, of 18 York St., on Dec. 27, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, was continued to April 28.
Alan William Woods, 46, of Dennisport, Mass., had a March 31 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed in payment of
