Ronaldo J. Alvarenga, 31, of 5 Hull Lane, had a probation violation hearing on an Oct. 11, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued to May 27.

Ramiro Jamie Amezcua, 46, of Fresno, Calif., had a March 2 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. Amezcua was found responsible for a charge of not having an inspection sticker and had the charge placed on file.

Hunter P. Barrett, 26, of 65 Surfside Road, had his probation terminated nearly eight months early to allow him to join the Marines. Barrett was supposed to be on probation until November resulting from a July 4, 2007 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, but after a recommendation by probation officer Tom Jekanowski, Judge Joseph H. Macy agreed to end his probation so he could join the service.

Andre Bovan, 21, formerly of Hyannis, had a hearing on May 23, 2006 charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct continued to May 27 to give him more time to make payments and have the case against him dismissed.

Kristen E. Breault, 28, formerly of Nantucket, had a March 1 charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme dismissed after paying all court costs.

John M. Brogan, 49, of South Dennis, Mass., had a March 24 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed on payment of $100 in court cost.

A pretrial hearing for Norman D. Doss, 40, of West Haven, Ct., on a Feb 9 charge of assault and battery, was continued to April 28.

A pretrial hearing for Edward Clifford Durell, 59, of 7 _ Meeting House Lane, on Feb. 15 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and speeding, as well as a Feb. 18 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, was continued to May 27.

Andre Francisco, 26, of 15 Pine Grove Lane, was arraigned on March 24 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and was ordered to return to court on April 28.

A pretrial hearing for William Joseph Freed, 46, of 5 Parsons Lane, on Jan. 4 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, speeding, a marked lanes violation, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol while endangering a child and failing to wear a seat belt, was continued to May 19.

Joshua W. Gohring, 23, of Attleboro, Mass., had a status review of payment hearing on Sept. 8, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and a number plate violation, continued to April 28.

Robert H. Hayden, 23, of 1 Little Isle Lane, had a Feb. 20 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. Hayden was found to be responsible for a failing to stop or yield charge and had it placed on file.

A pretrial hearing for Kerica Hendricks, 22, of 9 Point Judith Lane, on a Feb. 15 charge of assault and battery, was contained to April 14.

Stephen Hutchinson, 39, of Higham, Mass., was arraigned on March 29 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation and was order to return to court on April 28.

Apretrial hearing for Sean Keane, 29, of Halifax, Mass., on Feb. 28 charges of criminal harassment and threatening to commit a crime, was continued to May 19 for jury trial assignment.

A pretrial hearing for Kevin M. Kelley, 30, of 7 Dennis Drive, on Dec. 10, 2007 charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, was continued to April 28.

Joseph R. Kouyoumjian, 31, of 62 Orange St., had his probation modified to allow him to leave the state with the permission of the probation department. Kouyoumjian is on probation for a July 2, 2007 charge of assault and battery.

A probation violation hearing for Jason D. Laffert, 30, of 10 Main St. in 'Sconset, on Dec. 8, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, was continued to April 22. Laffert also had a pretrial hearing on a March 5 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license continued to the same date.

A pretrial hearing for Sophia Liburd, 39, of 9 Point Judith Lane, on a Feb. 15 charges of assault and battery, was continued to April 14.

Meghan L. Malloy, 24, of Cumberland, R.I., was found to be up to date during a payment review hearing on Oct. 2, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and not having her license in her possession.

Apretrial hearing for Stephen D. Maury, 23, of 0 Main St., on March 14 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, was continued to May 19 for jury trial assignment.

Toby J. Mohlman, 30, of 16A Daffodil Lane, had a Jan. 18 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth.

Jonathan D. Nile, 34, of Nantucket, had a Jan. 16 charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs.

Jason Ozimek, 30, of 66 Goldfinch Drive, was arraigned on March 25 charges of failing to register as a sex offender, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was ordered to return to court on April 28.

Dorothy Perry, 17, of 45 Millbrook Road, had March 18 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop or yield dismissed after paying all court costs.

Jared P. Roberts, 22, of 12 Somerset Lane, was arraigned on a March 28 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was ordered to return to court on April 14.

A probation violation hearing for David Secia, 27, of 4 Equator Drive, on July 31, 2006 charges of a drug violation near a school or park and two counts of distributing cocaine, was continued to May 27.

Parker N. Swift, 27, of Boston, Mass., was found guilty of July 2 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was sentenced to served three years of probation and remain drug and alcohol free.

Cedric J. Wade, 26, of 3 Celtic Drive, was arraigned on a March 29 charge of violating an abuse prevention order and was ordered to return to court on April 28.

Delroy A. Walcott, 43, of 6 Second Way, had a Jan. 18 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. Walcott had not responsible pleas entered on his behalf for failing to stop or yield and failing to signal and had the charges placed on file.

A probation violation hearing for Raymond N. Woitkowski, 25, of 8 Salrose Road, on March 31, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle lights violation and failing to wear a seat belt and a pretrial hearing on March 5 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop for police and a marked lanes violation, were both continued to April 28.

Reese Wyche, 28, of Holliston, Mass., was arraigned on March 28 charges of vandalizing property, assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, breaking and entering a building in the nighttime for a felony and disorderly conduct and was ordered to return to court on April 28.
