Former Zoning Board of Appeals Administrator Linda Williams settled her arbitration case with the town this week after two days of meetings.
Both Williams and Town Administrator Libby Gibson confirmed the case was settled, but neither would release details because of a confidentially agreement between the two parties.
“It was settled to my satisfaction,” said Williams, who was fired in September. “I am incredibly pleased with the support I received from the union, the union reps and the attorney. They went to the mat for me and spent a great deal of time on it for me. The system does work.”
