Sara Kay Ashelford, 33, of 4 Swayze Drive, had a Feb. 10 charge of larceny over $250 reduced to larceny under $250 and admitted to sufficient fact in the case and will have the charges continued without a finding for one year. Kristen E. Breault, 28, formerly of Nantucket, had a hearing on a March 1, 2000 charge of larceny over $250 continued to March 31. Carlos E. DeSilva, 33, of 54 Essex Road, was arraigned on a Jan. 4, 2007 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and Jan. 16 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding and was ordered back to court on March 18. Marco A. DeSouza, 26, of 18 Bartlett Road, was arraigned on Nov. 11, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle and was ordered back to court on March 18. David Daniel Foley, 37, of 8 York St., was arraigned on Nov. 26, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation and was ordered back to court on April 28. Lee C. Graham, 50, of 50B Essex Road, had a Feb. 2 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. Martha E. Hamilton, 41, of Blufton, S.C., admitted to sufficient facts on Dec. 5, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and a marked lanes violation, and had the charges continued to March 4, 2008. Steven R. Jewell, 41, of Naples, Fla., had a status review hearing on June 16, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and not having his registration in his possession continued to May 19 for jury assignment. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Heidi A. Keith, 25, of 5A Cow Pond Lane, for failing to appear in court or make full payments on Sept. 7, 2007 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding. Michael Major, 23, of Cranston, R.I., was given an additional week to make payments associated with a Feb. 7 charge of possession of a class D drug. A status review of payment hearing for Meghan L. Malloy, 24, of Cumberland, R.I., on Oct. 2, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and not having a license in her possession, was continued to March 31. Larry L. Mote, 52, of South Yarmouth, Mass., was sentenced to 59 days in the Barnstable County House of Corrections for a probation violation stemming from a Nov. 18, 2005 charge of possession of a class D drug. Mote also had pretrial hearings on March 8, 2007 charges of armed assault in a dwelling, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and an Aug. 15, 2007 charge of possession of a firearm without a federal identification continued to March 13. David S. Pike, 27, of New Bedford, Mass., admitted to sufficient fact on Dec. 19, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and April 39, 2007 charges of possession of a class B drug and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. The charges will be continued without a finding for one year. As part of the terms of his probation, Pike will have to wear an electronic monitoring device and submit to random drug and alcohol tests. Two motion hearings for Damian Ramos- Snow, 25, formerly of Nantucket, on Nov 3, 2006 charges of possession of a class B drug, two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police and speeding and Nov. 26, 2006 charges of larceny over $250, were continued to May 19. Two hearings for Mark T. Reid, 43, of 6 Boyton Lane, were continued to May 19. The hearings stem from Oct. 21, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to wear a seatbelt, a marked lanes violation and resisting arrest and June 5, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to wear a seat belt and a marked lanes violation. A pretrial hearing for Edwin Ruiz, 34, of Brockton, Mass., on Dec. 5, 2007 charges of not having a license in his possession and forgery or misuse of a Registry of Motor Vehicles document, was continued to March 17. Achilles Scalzer, 34, of 6B Davkim Lane, had a Dec. 8, 2007 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $500 in court costs. Barrett J. Snow, 36, of 43B Nobadeer Farm Road, had a Sept. 13, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Marcus L. Stiles, 27, of 5 Mizzenmast, for failing to make payments associated with an Oct. 3, 2007 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Todd Justin Wheeler, 45, formerly of Nantucket, had a Jan. 23, 2007 charge of assault and battery dismissed after making all associated payments. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Kenneth E. White, 49, of Sandwich, Mass., for failing to appear in court to be sentenced during a probable disposition hearing on a March 31, 2007 charge of possession of a class A drug. Fred E. Wilson, 39, of 3B Cynthia Lane, admitted to sufficient fact on Sept. 7, 2007 charges of possession of a class D drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation, and will have the case continued without a finding for one year. Muriel E. Woolfolk, 47, of 65 Cato Lane, had Nov. 21, 2006 charges of possession of a class D drug and possession of a class B drug dismissed after paying all associated court costs. Clifford Johnson, 40, of 5 Green Hollow Road, had a Jan. 20, 2007 charge of operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs.
