AT ITS MEETING OF FEB. 19, 2008 MEMBERS:

• Approved a request from Rusty's Outdoor Power Equipment for a license to sell trailers in order to tow trailers from the Steamship Authority to its retail location.

• Approved the renewal of an aquaculture license for Jamie Marks to grow and harvest oysters in Coskata Pond. The license was renewed for 10 years.

• Approved an increase in daily fees for Our Island Home from $280 a day to $390 a day to keep up with what it actually costs to provide care.

• Approved a victualer license for a new restaurant on Old South Road at the former Black Angus location.

• Denied an application for a seasonal retail liquor license for Joshua Harde, who hoped to open a store at 3 Salem St.. The board had recently approved a license for Harde's former business partner, Jonas Baker, but that was rescinded because one person cannot hold two liquor licenses.

• Continued a hearing for an application for a seasonal retail liquor license for a specialty wine shop at 1 North Beach St. because an amendment to a special permit needs to be granted by the Planning Board.

AT ITS MEETING TONIGHT, THE BOARD WILL:

• Hear a request to accept a plan for the taking of 535 square feet at the new roundabout, as was approved by a vote at the 2007 Annual Town Meeting.

• Review a Feb. 27 meeting regarding "streamlined permitting." • Hold discussions regarding the 2008 Annual Town Meeting warrant.

CONVENING AS THE BOARD OF HEALTH: • Hear a presentation on the workings of the Nantucket Health Department.
