Katherine E. Bedell, 32, of 53 Cato Lane, had Dec. 30, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Bedell had a Jan. 18 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license continued without a finding for one year.

Ryan J. Cahill, 23, of 19 South Water Street had an Aug. 24, 2007 charge of possession of a class D drug dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

David Daniel Foley, 37, of 8 York Street had a probation violation withdrawn after making payments associated with Aug. 30, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Fernando A. Guzman, 34, of 14 Silver Street, had a July 30, 2007 charge of possession of a class D drug dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Robert Hayden, 35, of 1 Little Island Lane, was arraigned on Feb. 20 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to stop or yield and was ordered back to court on May 31.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Clifford Johnson, 40, of 5 Green Hollow Road, for failing to appear in court on Dec. 20, 2007 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Lyneathia D. Jones, 42, of 30A Norwood Street, had a May 15 charge of larceny from a building dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Daniel Keating, 51, of Nantucket, had his probation extended to give him more time to make payments stemming from March 23, 2004 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop or yield and a marked lanes violation.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Vincent H. Lake, 40, of 2 Gladlands Road, for failing to appear in court on Jan. 24 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to yield at an intersection.

Deborah L. Larrabee, 43, of 23 Golfview Drive, had Dec. 22, 2007 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation continued without a finding for one year.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of

Christine O'Toole, 33, of Harwich, Mass., for failing to appear in court for a probation violation hearing on a June 1, 2006 charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme. O'Toole owes over $15,000 in restitution and has not made a payment since October 2006.

David S. Pike, 27, of New Bedford, Mass., had a probation violation hearing, probable disposition hearing and a pretrial hearing continued to March 3. The probation violation hearing was on a Sept. 5, 2005 charge of possession with intent to distribute a class B drug; the probable disposition hearing was on April 30, 2007 charges of possession of a class B drug and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; the pretrial hearing was on Dec. 19, 2006 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, driving a motor vehicle not meeting safety standards and a miscellaneous equipment violation.

An outstanding warrant for Nikolay Malinov Pilyov, 25, formerly of Nantucket, for failing to appear on Dec. 21, 2007 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, was inactivated because it is believed he has left the country.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Robson Brazil Prado, 35, of 5 Greglen Ave., for failing to appear in court on Oct, 24, 2007 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Kay Anne Siddo, 25, of 5 Essex Road, had Feb. 24 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation dismissed after paying $100 in court costs.

Jonathan Thayer, 62, of 14A equator Drive, was arraigned on a Feb. 22 charge of possession of a class D drug and was ordered back to court on March 10.

Cary P. Tozer, 25, of Snowmass Village, Colo., had Aug. 9, 2007 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failing to wear a seatbelt dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Frank H. Waechter, 40, of West Hyannis Port, Mass., for failing to appear in court on a Nov. 30, 2002 charge of aggravated assault and battery.

A status review hearing for Lloyd G. Wallace, 26, of 6 Berkley Street, on a Nov. 2, 2007 charges of violating an abuse prevention order, was continued to April 14.

Kenneth E. White, 49, of Sandwich, Mass., had a probable disposition hearing on a March 31, 2007 charge of possession with intent to distribute
