Cesar Baltazar, 43, of 104 Old South Road, had July 17, 2007 charges of disorderly conduct, failing to stop for police and speeding, dismissed after paying all court costs A warrant was issued for the arrest of Michael Barzda, 51, of Shohola, Pa., for failing to appear in court on Sept. 1 and 7, 2007 abuse prevention order violations. Todd C. Billings, 31, of Nantucket, was arraigned on an Aug. 5, 2007 charges of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and had the case continued to Feb. 19. Pamela J. Bruce, 53, formerly of Nantucket, had a Feb. 2, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. William D. Ciarmataro, 23, of 117 Somerset Road, had a probation violation hearing on July 1, 2007 charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct continued to March 17. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Doris Dalaki, 51, of Dallas, Texas, for failing to make payments associated with a June 8, 2005 charge of larceny over $250. A motion hearing for Jerry Todd Daub, 52, of 1 Skyline Drive, on Sept. 24, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failing to slow, was continued to March 17. Jason A. Davis, 31, formerly of Nantucket, had April 4, 2005 and April 3, 2006 charges of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. Normand D. Doss, 40, of West Haven, Conn., was arraigned on a Feb. 9 charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and was ordered back to court on Feb. 19. Everton E. Dumont-Demoura, 20, of 8 Mary Ann Lane, had Feb. 10 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. A speeding charge was place on file. Kelly L. Fesko, formerly of Nantucket, had a June 6, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. Ronald J. Fesko, 35, formerly of Nantucket, had a Feb. 4, 2004 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. A pretrial hearing for William Joseph Freed, 47, of 5 Parsons Lane, on Jan. 4 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, speeding, a marked lanes violation, child endangerment while operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and failing to wear a seatbelt, was continued to Feb. 19. Sandra J. Golden, 40, of 7 Benjamin Drive, had May 14, 2007 charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failing to drive in the right lane dismissed after paying all court costs. Richard Griffith, 23, of New York, N.Y. will have an Aug. 13, 2007 charge of wanton destruction of property dismissed after making an $841.62 restitution payment to the Steamship Authority. Kimberly S. Hardy, 25, formerly of Nantucket, had Sept. 6, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a number plate violation, dismissed after payment of court costs. Edwar M. Hawkins, 24, of 33 Hooper Farm Road, had a number of hearings continued to Feb. 19. The hearings include; Nov. 26, 2005 charges of conspiracy and receiving stolen property, Aug. 6, 2006 charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and possession with intend to distribute a class D drug, Dec. 17, 2007 charges of possession of a class D drug and two counts of receiving stolen property, and Oct. 12, 2007 charges of breaking and entering a building in the night time for a felony and two counts of larceny over $250. John E. Hawley, Jr., 23, of 37 Surfside Road, had a Nov. 12, 2007 charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $200 in court costs. A number of pretrial hearings for Joshua Holdgate, 19, of 3 Rosebud Lane, were continued to March 3. The charges for the hearings include, July 16, 2007 charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the daytime for a felony, two counts of receiving stolen property, possession of a class B drug, larceny under $250, and possession of liquor by a person under 21; June 30, 2007 charges of larceny of a firearm, malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering a vehicle during the night time and larceny over $250, and June 15 charges of malicious destruction of property, five counts of breaking and entering a vehicle during the day time for a felony and six counts of larceny over $250. Patrick P. Irving, 43, of Hyannis, Mass., had Feb. 18, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker, dismissed on payment of $300 in court costs. An outstanding warrant for the arrest of Ernestas J. Jaloveckas, 27, of 33 Surfside Lane, on Oct. 6 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, failing to stop for police, a marked lanes violation and speeding will remain in place. Archip Jaree, 49, of 77 Bartlett Road, had Nov. 8, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving an unregistered motor vehicle dismissed prior to arraignment. Whitney Jennison, 18, of 11 Boynton Lane, had June 9, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a junior operator with a passenger under 18 violation and a motor vehicle lights violation, dismissed after paying all court costs. A pretrial hearing for Trevor P. Johnson, 48, of 7 Daffodil Lane, on Nov. 11, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, was continued to Feb. 19. A pretrial hearing for Lance J. Kiarsis, 29, of 9 Bayberry Lane, on Oct. 20, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and speeding, was continued to Feb. 19. Karen Y. Kozlowski, 44, of 44 Union Street, is expected to be sentenced to six months in the Barnstable House of Corrections after settling an outstanding case and a number of probation violations. The judge allowed Kozlowski to get her personal affairs in order and she will be taken into custody next Tuesday. The charges included, Oct. 6, 2006 charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; April 24, 2007 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, May 17 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and not having an inspection sticker; a June 19 charge of shoplifting by asporation, and Jan. 7 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a number plate violation to conceal an ID, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and a motor vehicle not meeting safety standards. A pretrial hearing for Deborah Larrabee, 43, of 23 Gulf View Drive, on Dec 22, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation was continued to Feb. 25. A pretrial hearing for Edgar Leinbergs, 50, of 5 Catherine Lane, on an Oct. 13, 2007 abuse prevention order violation, was continued to April 14. A pretrial hearing for Jeffery L. Lema, 41, of 15A Evergreen Way, on Jan. 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop or yield, was continued to Feb. 19. Brandie A. Levalley, 27, of 35 Miacomet Ave., had a June 6, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. Astatus review hearing for Michael M. Lindley, 25, of 4 Morgan Square, on Aug. 4, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, was continued to Feb. 19. Melissa Macleod, 46, formerly of Nantucket, had an April 4, 2006 failing to attend a jury session charge dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. A pretrial hearing for Eugene M. Mahon, 61, of 23 Skyline Drive, on Jan. 12 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle light violation and an improper turn, was continued to Feb. 19. Michael Major, 22, of Cranston, RI, had a Feb. 8 charge of possession of a class D drug, dismissed on payment of $100 in court cost. A status review of payment hearing for Meghan L. Malloy, 24, of Cumberland, RI, on Oct. 7, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and not having a license in her possession, was continued to march 3. A motion hearing for Raymond Martin, 47, of 71 Easton Street, on Nov. 22, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation was continued to Feb. 27. Aprobable disposition hearing for John M. Mayo, 26, of 12 Longwood Drive on Aug. 29, 2007 charges of vandalizing property, six counts, was continued to Feb. 19. A warrant was issued for the arrest of Darrin Medeiros, 31, of New Bedford, Mass., for failing to make payments associated with Dec. 4, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and not having an inspection sticker. Alexander A. Merhi, 24, of Providence, R.I., had a Feb. 7, charges of possession of a class D drug and a motor vehicle by-law violation dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs. Katherine E. Moore, 53, formerly of Nantucket, had an April 3, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. Todd M. Morris, 38, of 66 Milk Street, admitted to sufficient fact in Dec. 12, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, speeding and a marked lanes violation and had the charges continued without finding for one year. Jeannie Morse, 63, of Foxboro, Mass., was arraigned on a Nov. 2, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and was ordered to return to court on Feb. 19. Larry Mote, 52, formerly of Nantucket, had a number of hearings continued to Feb. 27. The charges included a Nov. 11, 2005 charge of possession of a class D drug; March 8, 2007 charges of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and an Aug. 8, 2007 charge of possession of a fire arm with out a federal ID. Astatus review of payment hearing for Cindi West O'Grady, 55, of Nantucket, on a Dec. 20, 1998 charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme, was continued to May 20 for another review. Reginaldo Oliveria, 26, of Marlborough, Mass., had Feb. 10 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving an unregistered motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $200 in court costs. Michael M. O'Mahony, 28, formerly of Nantucket, had an Aug. 4, 2004 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission. Maurice G. Ortiz, 26, of Nantucket, had three probation violation hearings continued to Feb. 19. The charges included, a Jan. 1, 2004 charge of larceny over $250; April 5, 2005 charges of larceny by a single scheme over $250 and possession of a class B drug and Sept. 3, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. A warrant was issued for Christine T. O'Toole, 33, of Agawam, for failing to appear in court on a June 1, 2006 charge of larceny over $250 by a single scheme, but the warrant will not be released until Feb. 25 to give her time to appear. Cody H. Peterson, 22, of 4 Bayberry Ct., had Oct. 10, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, dismissed after paying all court costs. Plamen Petkov, 30, of 7 Salrose Road, had Oct. 20, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop or yield and failing to wear a seat belt, dismissed on payment of $300 in court costs. Ronald J. Phillips, 40, of South Yarmouth, Mass., had Sept. 9, 2005 charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the night time for a felony and larceny under $250, dismissed after paying all courts costs. Anton Y. Ragozin, 27, of 9 Cedar Circle, had Nov. 8, 2007 charges of failing to stop or yield, a number plate violation to conceal an ID and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, dismissed on payment of $200 in court costs. Nathaniel S. Reeder, 42, of 56 Miacomet Ave., had Feb. 11, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop for police and failing to stop or yield, after paying all court costs. An outstanding warrant for Georgette A. Richards, 55, formerly of Nantucket, for failing to appear in court to be arraigned on Sept. 7, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation was inactivated because police could not locate her. A pretrial hearing for Hector Manuel Rivas, 38, of 68 Hooper Farm Road, on Jan. 20 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation, was continued to Feb. 19. Alvaro Soares, 30, of 55 Somerset Road, had Feb. 9 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and not having an inspection sticker dismissed on payment of $200 in court costs. Robert Souza, 45, of 11 Union Street, was taken into custody and sent to the Barnstable County House of Corrections to begin serving a 90-day jail term after being found guilty last week by a jury of distributing cocaine on Aug. 2, 2006. Souza will also have a two-and-half year suspended sentence and will serve supervised probation during that time. Adam M. Spencer, 18, of 3 Deer Run Road, had a number of status review hearings continued to March 3. The charges include June 30, 2007 charges of larceny of a fire arm, malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering a vehicle in the day time for a felony and larceny over $250 and July 17, 2007 charges of larceny under $250, five counts of breaking and entering a vehicle during the day time for a felony, two counts of malicious destruction of property, and five counts of larceny over $250. Two pretrial hearings for Robert J. St. Pierre, 19, of 37 Somerset Road, on June 30, 2007 charges of larceny of a fire arm, malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering a vehicle in the day time for a felony and larceny over $250 and June 16 charges of breaking and entering a vehicle in the day time for a felony, possession of a class B drug, possession of liquor by a person under 21, and two counts of receiving stolen property, were continued to March 3. Marcus L. Stiles, 27, of 5 Mizzenmast Road, had an Oct. 3, 2007 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $200 in court costs. A pretrial hearing for Parker N. Swift, 26, of Boston, Mass., on July 2, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, a marked lanes violation and speeding, was continued to Feb. 19. An outstanding warrant for the arrest of Caroline K. Taylor, 61, formerly of Nantucket, for failing to appear in court on a March 30, 2005 charge of failing to attend a jury session, was inactivated because she was not able to be located. Thomas B. Walsh, 44, of 47B Fairgrounds Road, had an Oct. 4, 2005 charge of failing to attend a jury session continued without finding to April 9 to give him time to serve o a jury, at which time the charge will be dismissed. Brett T. Watts, 24, of 4 Althia Lane, was found to be up to date in his payments on Dec. 9, 2006 charges of distributing cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug laws. A status review for Fred E. Wilson, 38, of 3B Cynthia Lane, on Sept. 9, 2007 charges of possession with intent to distribute a class D drug, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a motor vehicle lights violation, was continued to March 3. Gregory W. Young, 31, of 6 Mary Ann Lane, had Feb. 2 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to yield at an intersection dismissed on payment of $200 in court costs.
