Ronaldo J. Alvarenga, 31, of 5 Hull Lane, failed to appear in court on an Oct. 11, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and was defaulted on, but due to the weather a warrant will not be issued until Monday.

Karolis Barkauskas, 21, of 150 Pleasant St., had a July 27, 2007 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all court costs.

Brian Borgeson, 34, of 101 Somerset Lane, had a Nov. 11, 2007 charge of operating an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs.

A pretrial hearing for Jason J. Brady, 34, of Concord, N.H., on an Aug. 6, 2006 charge of possession with intent to distribute a class B drug was continued to Feb. 19

The arraignment of Thomas C. Bruton, 38, formerly of Nantucket, on a May 6, 2004 charge of failing to attend a jury session was continued to Feb. 4.

Hugo Antonio Chavez, 26, of 24 Bailey Road, had a July 19, 2007 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Jeremy I. Choen, 26, of Dennis Port, Mass., had a pretrial hearing on an Oct. 8, 2000 charge of disguising to obstruct justice and an arraignment on Oct. 8, 2000 charges of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and trespassing continued to Feb. 19.

James P. Conners, 41, of Hyannis, Mass., failed to appear in court on a January 19, 2003 charge of possession of marijuana and was defaulted on, but the warrant was held until Monday due to the weather.

Paul M. Dangelo, 37, of 11 Kittiwake Lane, had a June 9, 2007 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Donatas Daujontas, 26, of 1 Fairgrounds Road, had a Jan. 27, 2007 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Carlos M. Dejesus, 31, of 10B Essex Road, had a July 19, 2007 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Daniel Delaney, 37, of 5 Daffodil Lane, had a Feb. 8, 2007 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Andrew M. Dimock, 25, of 44 Bartlett Road, had a July 27, 2007 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Andrius Doveika, 27, of 30 Tashama Lane, failed to appear in court on a June 30, 2007 charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and was defaulted on but a warrant will not be issued until Monday because of the weather.

A pretrial hearing for Eric Sven Engelsen, 46, of Hyannis Port, Mass., on two July 12, 2005 charges of larceny by check over $250, was continued to Feb. 4.

Barrington Falconer, 43, of 17 1/2 Teasdale Circle, had a July 27 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

A pretrial hearing for David Daniel Foley, 37, of 8 York St., on Aug. 30, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed operating of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation was continued to Feb. 25.

Robb C. Franceschi, 23, of 33 Somerset Road, had an Oct. 16, 2007 charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed on payment of $100 in court cost. An operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration charge was dismissed

A probation violation hearing for Marc A. Gendron, 35, of Centerville, Mass., on May 6, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle was continued to Feb. 19.

Eric Gilston, 19, of Greenland, N.H. was found to be up to date in his payments stemming from Aug. 10, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Joshua W. Gohring, 23, of Attleboro, Mass., was found to be up to date in his payments stemming from Sept. 8, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and a number plate violation.

A pretrial hearing for Martha E. Hamilton, 41, of South Carolina, on Dec. 7, 2007 charges of oper- ating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and a marked lanes violation, was continued to March 3.

An administrative session for

Edwar Hawkins, 24, of Nantucket, on Nov. 11, 2005 charges of receiving stolen property and conspiracy as well as Aug. 6, 2006 charges of resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and possession with intent to distribute class D drugs, was continued to Feb. 11.

Kristen L. Johansen had a June 6, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission.

Prudence M. Jube, 48, of 60 Hummock Pond Road, had January 17, 2007 charges of larceny over $250, uttering a false check and forgery of a check, dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Douglas J. Kelsall, 36, of West Yarmouth, Mass., was arraigned on an Oct. 7, 2007 charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle and had the case continued to Feb. 19.

A pretrial hearing for Edward F. King, 39, of 69 Milestone Road on Nov. 11, 2007 charges of failing to stop for police and speeding, was continued to Feb. 19.

Faith V. Kohner, 69, formerly of Nantucket, failed to appear in court on an Oct. 2, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session and was defaulted on, but the warrant will be held until next Monday because of the weather

Robert E. Konkel, 33, of 18 Centre St., was arraigned on June 3 charges of failing to attend a jury session and had the case continued to Feb. 19.

Emily B. Kotchen, 37, formerly of Nantucket, had a May 5, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission.

A probation violation hearing for

Karen Y. Kozlowski, 44, of 'Sconset, on May 17, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a miscellaneous equipment violation and not having an inspection sticker was continued to Feb. 11.

Vincent H. Lake, 40, of 2 Greglen Ave., was arraigned on Jan. 28 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to yield at an intersection and had the case continued to Feb. 25.

Daniel A. Landaverde-Manci, 33, of 18A Bailey Road, was found to be up to date during a status review of payment hearing for stemming from Sept. 9, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a motor vehicle lights violation and speeding.

Jeffrey L. Lema, 41, of 18 Evergreen Road was arraigned on Jan. 26 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop or yield, had not guilty and not responsible pleas entered on his behalf and was ordered back to court on Feb. 5.

Beiby M. Lemus, 32, of Nantucket, failed to appear in court for a Feb. 7, 2007 charge of failing to attend a jury session and was defaulted on, however because of the weather the warrant will not be issued until Monday.

Melitta Lyons, 29, formerly of Nantucket, had a May 6, 2004 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the State Jury Commission.

Melissa Macleod, 48, of Nantucket, failed to appear in court on a May 4, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session and was defaulted on, however because of the weather the warrant will not be issued until Monday.

Harry L. Maguire, 35, of 40 Fairgrounds Road, had a May 8, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session continued to April 8, so that he can serve on a jury, at which time the charge will be dismissed.

A pretrial hearing for Sunil Man Mali, 38, of 159 Main Street, on Jan. 1, charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, was continued to Feb. 19.

Troy M. Maynard, 22, of 11 Somerset Road, had Sept. 7, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle dismissed after paying all associated court cost.

Tyrone G. Mclaughlin, 32, of 5A Cow Pond Lane, had an Oct. 25, 2007 charge of selling liquor to a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Megan M. Oberg, 33, formerly of Nantucket, failed to appear in court on a Dec. 7, 2005 charge of failing to appear for a jury session and was defaulted on, but the warrant will not be issued until Monday because of the weather.

Dennis L. Parks, 34, of Nantucket, failed to appear in court to be arraigned on Oct. 27, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and not having an inspection sticker and was defaulted on, but the warrant will not be issued until Monday because of the weather.

A probation violation hearing for

David S. Pike, 27, of 111 Hummock Pond Road, on a Sept. 5, 2007 charge of possession with intent to distribute a class B drug, a pretrial hearing on Dec. 19 charges of driving an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, a safety standards violation and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation and a probable disposition hearing on April 30, 2007 charges of possession of a class B drug and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, were all continued to Feb. 19.

A pretrial hearing for Roxanna E. Pimental, 27, of 3B Boynton Lane, on Sept. 23, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and a marked lanes violation, was continued to Feb. 19.

Robson Brazil Prado, 35, of 5 Greglen Ave., will be resummoned on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and will be ordered to appear in court on Feb. 25.

Mitchell R. Pykosz, 36, formerly of Nantucket, failed to appear in court on a Dec. 12, 2006 charge of failing to attend a jury session and was defaulted on, but the warrant will not be issued until Monday because of the weather.

Clinton Robinson, 32, of 82 Surfside Road, had Jan. 23 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle charge dismissed on payment of $100 in court cost.

Barrett J. Snow, 36, of 43B Nobadeer Farm Road, was arraigned on a Sept. 13, 2007 charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and had the case continued to March 3.

Alvaro J. Sola, 18, of 20 Pine Grove Lane, failed to appear in court on an Oct. 7, 2007 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was defaulted on, but the warrant will not be issued until Monday because of the weather.

A motion hearing for Kathryn Sossen, 49, of 2 Reacher Lane, on a Nov. 12, 2007 charge of leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, was continued to Feb 19.

A pretrial hearing for Shane M. Strojny, 30, of 10A Field Ave., on Dec. 12, 2007 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and failing to stay in the right lane, was continued to Feb. 19.

Zoe Tasch, 20, of 198 Hummock Pond Road, had an Aug. 5, 2007 charge of possession of liquor by a person under 21 dismissed after paying all associated court costs.

Ellien Taveras, 29, of 3 Boynton Lane, was arraigned on Nov. 8, 2007 charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failing to keep right for an oncoming motor vehicle and failing to yield at an intersection, and was ordered back to court on Feb. 19.

Scott Waterman, 46, of Maine, failed to appear in court for a probation violation hearing on Dec. 22, 2006 charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a marked lanes violation and failing to wear a seat belt and was defaulted on, however the warrant will not be issued until Monday because of the weather.

Richard Weiss, 60, formerly of Nantucket, failed to appear in court on a Sept. 17, 2007 charge of assault and battery. Police will attempt to serve Weiss again and order him back to court on Feb. 4.

Patrick E. Welch, 27, of 48B Essex Road was arraigned on a May 12, 2004 charge of failing to attend a jury session and had the case continued to April 8 so that he may serve on a jury, at which time the charge will be dismissed. Welch was also arraigned on an Oct. 5, 2007 charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and had the charge dismissed on payment of $100 in court costs.

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Denham S. Wood, 29, of Westport, Mass., for failing to make payments associated with Sept. 29, 2007 charges of possession of a burglarious instrument, nine counts of breaking and entering a vehicle or boat in the nighttime, resisting arrest and larceny over $250.

Tobais T. Work, 22, formerly of Nantucket, had an Aug. 25, 2005 charge of failing to attend a jury session dismissed at the request of the
