Sewer study stinks, say selectmen

      A Cambridge firm paid $5,000 by the town to produce a study on future sewer rates was quickly sent back to the drawing board. At last Wednesday's Board of Selectmen meeting, Joseph Ridge of Camp Dresser and McKee, Inc. presented the study and was asked for more information.

      For the second year in a row, Nantucket New School student Nicholas Davies has been selected as a member of the prestigious Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra. He was chosen from more than 705 auditioning children, the highest number competing in the orchestra's 50 year history.
