In Monday's District Court, Michele J. Bayard, 49, of Nantucket, charged May 7, 2002 with failing to attend jury duty, had the case continued to April 7. The charge will be dismissed on that day if she attends new jury duty assigned her for April 7.
Wilma R. Boles, 41, of Nantucket, charged June 6, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.
Jonathan Boucher, 27, of 2B Celtic Drive, charged April 4, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.
Jason J. Brady, 25, of Concord, N.H., charged Aug. 3, 2006 with drug distribution, had his case continued to Jan. 28.
Siobhan Cahill, 35, of 2 South Pasture Lane, charged Oct. 7, 2003 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.
Stuart M. Courtney, 44, of 9 New Lane, charged Dec. 3, 2007 with driving with a suspended license and driving outside lanes, will have the license charge dismissed with $200 court costs and was found not responsible on the lanes charge.
Doris R. Dalaki, 51, of 7 West Miacomet Road, charged June 8, 2005 with larceny over $250, had her case continued to Feb. 11 for court payments.
Jose E. DaSilva, 50, of 47 Nobadeer Farm Road, charged Jan. 2 with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
Dyan M. Deluce, 31, of Nantucket, charged Sept. 21, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty, had her case contiued to Feb. 6 and will have the charge dismissed if she attends new jury duty that day.
Lisa Doran, 23, of 4 Fifth Way, charged Nov. 18, 2005 with drug possession, paid due costs and had her case dismissed.
Joel Fraser, 49, of 62 Hooper Farm Road, charged Dec. 19, 2007 with driving with a suspended license, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs.
William J. Freed, 46, of 5 Parson's Lane, charged Jan. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, failing to stop for police, speeding, driving outside lanes, child endangerment while driving under the influence and failing to wear a seat belt, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
Jose L. Gonzalez, 31, of 52 Cato Lane, charged Dec. 28, 2007 with driving without a license and a lights violation, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
Richard Griffith, 23, of New York, N.Y., charged Aug. 13, 2007 with wanton destruction of property over $250, had his case continued to Feb. 11.
Preston J. Harimon, 28, of 17 Washington Ave., charged Sept. 19, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had his charge dismissed.
Albert D. Haye, 26, of 1 Green Meadow Drive, charged July 6, 2007 with marijuana possession, paid due costs and had the case dismissed.
Johanna S. Jenkins, 34, of 37 Old South Road, charged Sept. 18, 2007 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes, admitted to driving while intoxicated and had the case continued without a finding for one year. She must attend the driver alcohol program and had her license suspended for 45 days.
Steven R. Jewell, 43, of Naples, Fla., charged June 16, 2007 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and driving without a registration in possession, had his case continued to Jan. 22 when Judge Joseph Macy will decide on whether to grant relief in the case because his attorney Michael Wilson argued that there was no dashboard video objectively recording his client's demeanor when he was pulled over by police. Wilson's motion also pertains to two other clients with similar circumstances.
Grant S. Johnson, 26, of 58 Hummock Pond Road, had a Dec. 13, 2007 charge of drug possession dismissed and will have a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed with $100 court costs.
Justin L. Kobold, 30, of Nebraska, charged June 24, 2007 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
Kevin Konetchy, 22, of 31 Appleton Road, charged Aug. 5, 2007 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failing to slow, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
Danielle Magalhaes, charged Oct. 3, 2007 with unlicensed driving, will have her case dismissed with $200 court costs.
Stephen M. McInerney, 41, formerly of Nantucket, charged Aug. 7, 2002 and Feb. 5, 2003 with failing to attend jury duty, had his charges dismissed.
Jason D. Meister, 25, of 3 Warren St., charged Jan. 6 with driving with a suspended license, had the charge dismissed and was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker.
James D. Mercer, 53, of Palm Coast, Fla., charged April 2, 2002 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.
Jennifer A. Reade, 36, formerly of Nantucket, charged May 7, 2002 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.
Karen Reid, 49, of 21B Park Circle, admitted to a Nov. 29, 2007 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and had the case continued without a finding for one year. She must attend the driver alcohol program and had her license suspended for 45 days. She was found not responsible for failing to slow and speeding.
Mark T. Reid, 44, of 6 Boynton Lane, charged Oct. 21, 2006 and June 5, 2007 with driving under the influ- ence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
Adam Ross, 29, of 21 Trotter's Lane, charged Dec. 8, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty, had his case dismissed.
Andrew J. Schaeffer, 28, of 10A Allen's Way, charged May 4, 2005 and April 4, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had his charges dismissed.
Jason N. Scully, 26, of Maine, admitted to an Oct. 8, 2007 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and had his case continued without a finding for one year. He must attend the driver alcohol, program and had his license suspended for 45 days. He received a concurrent judgement for negligent driving and was found not responsible for driving outside lanes.
Dwight Stone, 29, of 20 Pine Grove Lane, charged Oct. 2, 2007 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration, will have the insurance charge dismissed with $200 court costs. The second charge was dismissed.
Zoe Tasch, 20, of 198 Hummock Pond Road, charged Aug. 5, 2007 with being a minor possessing alcohol, had her case continued to Jan. 22.
A warrant was to issue for Rose Van Lieu, 33, of 7 Anna Drive, charged April 6, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty.
Vincent J. Veilleux, 18, of 7 Wamasquid Place, charged Jan. 4 with unlicensed driving and a lights violation, had his case continued to Feb. 19.
Nilson Vieira-DaSilva, 38, of 45 Nobadeer Farm Road, charged Jan. 6 with unlicensed driving and speeding, had his case continued to Jan. 22.
James S. Webb, 51, of 65 Hooper Farm Road, charged May 8, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had his charge dismissed.
Fred E. Wilson, 38, of 3B Cynthia Lane, charged Sept. 20, 2007 with drug possession with intent to distribute, driving with a suspended license and a lights violation, had his case continued to Feb. 11 when Judge Macy will decide on his lawyer Jamie Ranney's motion arguing that a search of his client's vehicle which turned up 9 packages of marijuana in a tool box should not have been done without probable cause to obtain a search warrant.
