A-1 Taxi to appeal town's decision
      The Board of Selectmen denied the request by A-1 Taxi to transfer licenses from owner to manager last week, again. Lisa Fisher, the manager hoping to obtain those licenses, will appeal that decision, again. "To be honest, I was quite shocked," said Fisher of the decision by the board to deny the transfer.       Harry G. Reid, 85, Charlton, Mass., born February 24, 1923, Providence, R.I., died October 13, 2008. He was the son of D.
