Playing three games in as many days proved to be too much for the varsity girls' soccer team last week, with two games held off island. Thursday, Nantucket traveled to Division 1 Abington, only to be sent packing with a 6-0 loss. More ... Nantucket's young co-ed varsity golf team, with a current record of 10-1, hosted this past weekend's Cape & Islands Classic golf tournament at Nantucket Golf Club. According to coach Mike Horton, the golf coach since 2002 and a teacher in the Nantucket School system, Nantucket has hosted the event for at least the past six years. More ...
