State's green bond rules the day
      The state's 2007-2008 Legislative Session ended on Aug. 4 with a touch of green. During this session, the state's House and Senate passed the $1.7 billion Environmental Bond Bill. This bill contains property owner incentives for the donation of land to conservation organizations.
