TWN in first collaboration with Nantucket Arts Council for "15 Minute Hamlet"
      In its first association with the Nantucket Arts Council, the Theatre Workshop of Nantucket is performing "The 15 Minute Hamlet" as part of the NAC's upcoming Shakespeare Festival that started July 13 and runs through July 20. The Hamlet production will be staged on Friday and Saturday, July 18 and 19 at 7 p.m. in Bennett Hall on Centre Street.

Seven artists headline exhibition at Gallery Blue
      Gallery Blue's group show "Escapes" opens this Friday with a reception from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will run two weeks. Chanteyman Don Sineti performs
      The Nantucket Whaling Museum will host Mystic Seaport's chanteyman Don Sineti at a performance tonight at 7 p.m., free to Nantucket Historical Association members and $15 for the public. Sineti, also an artist, will utilize traditional instruments for his sailor's songs and folk chanteys that depict, in song, life on the seas.
