Born on January 26, 1920, in Medford, Mass., to Ruth Dame and Richard Bradford Coolidge, Oggy attended Medford High School and graduated from Wellesley College in 1941.

NP&EDC makes committee appointments
      "Have a heck of a lot of fun." After two years at the helm of the Nantucket Planning & Economic Development Commission, those were outgoing chairman Barry Rector's parting words for newly elected chairman Nat Lowell. The Planning Commission also chose Brian Chadwick as its vice chairman at the June 2 NP&EDC meeting, along with Don Visco as an atlarge member.

      WEEKLY UPDATE Terminal addition steel frame strengthened Novell Steel of New Hampshire is continuing its shoring up of the steel frame of the addition to the east end of the airport terminal this week. That includes welding and securing the steep bar joists and the finish alignment and welds, and the floor decking.
