Neil T. Breault, 25, of 24 Woodland Drive, had an Oct. 30 charge of assault and battery dismissed before arraignment, however he must pay $500 restitution in the matter. A warrant was to issue for Ronaldo Buss, 27, of 46 Macy's Lane, charged Sept. 7 with driving without a license and a lights violation. A warrant was to issue for Jay K. Casey, 43, formerly of Nantucket, charged Oct. 4, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty. Benjamin E. Chavez, 32, of Everett, Mass., charged Nov. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, child endangerment while driving under the influence and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Jan. 22. Lisa Coull, 26, of 8AWindy Way, charged April 9 with driving an uninsured vehicle, had her case dismissed. Chad Demarco, 19, of Dover, Mass., charged Aug. 12, 2006 with drug possession with intent to distribute, had his case dismissed. David W. Dietz, 42, of 11 Bear St., charged Oct, 6, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty, had his charge dismissed. Athryn P. Donaldson, 68, of Panama City, Fla., charged June 14 with seven counts of shoplifting, had the case dismissed. A trial was to be held late Monday afternoon for Henrique Franca, 25, of 14 Thirty Acres Lane, charged June 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Henry T. Franklin, 29, of 7 Cynthia Lane, charged Sept. 11 with driving an uninsured vehicle, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. Charges of driving with a suspended registration and without a license were dismissed. James P. Gallen, 29, of 17 Pine Tree Road, charged July 7 with negligent driving, was placed on pre-trial probation for six months and assessed $250 court costs. He was found responsible for speeding. Elizabeth Gallipoli, 49, of 12 Longwood Drive, charged Nov. 10, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had her case extended four months at the request of the probation officer. Sebastian M. Gutierrez, 20, of Malden, Mass., charged Aug. 29 with drug possession with intent to distribute, had his case continued to Jan. 2. Hubert D. Hanniford, 42, of Nantucket, charged Oct. 5, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 14. An existing warrant will remain in effect for Joseph S. Hayes, 29, of 23 Woodland Drive, charged Nov. 4, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Irvin F. Holdgate, 65, of 19 Fairgrounds Road, charged July 3, 2005 with stalking, had his case dismissed. Joshua D. Holdgate, 19, of 3 Rosebud Lane, charged July 16 with receiving stolen property, breaking and entering a vehicle to commit a felony, larceny under $250, drug possession and being a minor possessing alcohol, had his cases continued to Feb. 11. Holdgate also has additional charges of larceny of a firearm, malicious destruction of property, breaking and entering a vehicle to commit a felony and larceny over $250. Clifford Johnson, 40, of Nantucket, charged Aug. 4, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty, had his case continued to April 7. Heidi A. Keith, 25, of 5A Cow Pond Lane, charged Sept. 7 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding, had her case continued to Feb. 19. Edward F. King, 39, of 69 Milestone Road, charged Nov. 11 with failing to stop for police and speeding, had his case continued to Jan. 14. Theresa A. Lavigne, 24, of 6B Essex Road, charged Oct. 12 with driving an uninsured vehicle, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. Acharge of driving with a suspended registration was dismissed. Sarah A. LeBlanc, 24, of Nantucket, charged Dec. 4, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had her case continued to Feb. 6 when she is to attend Superior Court jury duty. Edgar J. Leinbergs, 50, of Nantucket, charged Oct. 13 with violating a protection order, had his case continued to Jan. 2. Carlos R. Lemus, 28, of Nantucket, admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on Nov. 19 and had his case continued one year without a finding. He must attend the driver alcohol program and had his license suspended for 45 days. Ronald M. MacGregor, 44, of 18 Gloucester St., charged Dec. 10, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 14. Raymond Martin, 47, of 71 Easton St., charged Nov. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 14. Eric Miller, 39, formerly of Nantucket, charged Dec. 6, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty, had his case continued to Feb. 6. Todd M. Morris, 38, of 66 Milk St., charged Dec. 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, leaving the scene of property damage, speeding and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Jan. 14. A warrant was to issue for Dallas C. Newman, 45, of Arizona, charged Aug. 31 with receiving stolen property and a license plate violation. Jonathan D. Nile, 34, of 19B Waydale Road, charged Oct. 31 with drug possession and driving without a license, had his case continued to Feb. 19. Jared W. Parsons, 33, of 3 Swayze Drive, charged Sept. 2, 2006 with negligent driving, paid due costs and had his probation terminated. Dorothy Perry, 18, of Hyannis, Mass., charged Nov. 16 and Dec. 2, 2006 with drug distribution, had her case continued to Jan. 14. Christen J. Pires, 32, of Wareham, Mass., charged Oct. 27 with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, had his case continued to Jan. 22. Rene A. Portillo, 26, of 3 Nobadeer Way, charged Oct. 21 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. Peter A. Puglisi, 32, of New York State, charged Oct. 27 with assault and battery, had the charge dismissed. Neil E. Racicot, 34, of Brimfield, Mass., charged Oct. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 22. Thomas F. Riche, 51, of 18 South Shore Road, charged Dec. 6 with driving an unregistered vehicle with a suspended license, paid due costs and had the charges dismissed. James A. Russell, 48, of 11A Folger Ave., charged Oct. 29 with driving with a suspended license and improper driving, had his case continued to Feb. 19. Santos Salguero, 33, of 9 Wampanoag Way, charged Nov. 8 with negligent and unlicensed driving, had his case continued to Feb. 19. Vera L. Santos, 48, of 62 Hooper Farm Road, charged Aug. 5 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Barrett J. Snow, 36, of 43B Nobadeer Farm Road, charged Sept. 13 with driving with a suspended license, had his case continued to Jan. 14. Alvaro J. Sola, 19, of 20 Pine Grove Lane, charged Oct. 8 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $500 court costs. Damion R. Spence, 27, of 35 Nobadeer Farm Road, charged Nov. 20 with receiving stolen property, unlicensed driving and a license plate violation, had his case continued to Jan. 22. Robert J. St. Pierre, 19, of 37 Somerset Road, charged June 30 with larceny of a firearm, destruction of property, breaking into a vehicle to commit a felony and larceny over $250, and on July 16 with receiving stolen property, breaking into a vehicle to commit a felony, larceny under $250, drug possession and being a minor possessing alcohol, had his cases continued to Feb. 11. Marcus L. Stiles, 27, of 5 Mizzenmast, charged Oct. 3 with unlicensed driving, had his case continued to Jan. 14. Vincent Veilleux, 18, of 7 Wamasquid Place, charged Dec. 14 with unlicensed driving, a license plate violation and not wearing a seat belt, had his case continued to Feb. 19. Lloyd G. Wallace, 25, of 6 Berkley St., charged Nov. 2 with violating a protective order, had his case continued to Jan. 22. Fred E. Wilson, Jr., 38, of 3B Cynthia Lane, charged Sept. 20 with drug possession with intent to distribute, driving with a suspended license and a lights violation, had his case continued to Jan. 7. Denham S. Wood, 29, of New Bedford, Mass., admitted to assault and battery on a police officer on Sept. 26. That charge along with nine charges of breaking into a vehicle to commit a felony, possessing a burglarious instrument, resisting arrest and larceny over $250 were all continued two years without a finding. He must stay alcohol and drug free, submit to random tests and have counseling if necessary. An active warrant will continue for Alex A. Young, 22, of Illinois, charged July 22, 2006 with negligent driving.
