Nantucket Court Report
In Monday's District Court action, the cases against William H. Constable, 53, of C Street, charged Oct. 20 with possessing child pornography and on Oct. 25 with producing child pornography in another country and transporting it into the United States, had his court date continued to Jan. 22 because he is still in federal custody. Constable was taken into federal custody on Oct. 25 and has been held without bail since that arrest.

Peter A. Aisenberg, 43, of Plantation, Fla., charged July 27, 2006 with disorderly conduct, paid due costs and had his case dismissed.

Ronaldo J. Alvarenga, 31, of 5 Hull Lane, charged Oct. 11 with driving with a suspended license, had his case continued to Jan. 28.

Jerome A. Anderson, of Nantucket, will have a Dec. 8 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found not responsible for being without an inspection sticker.

A warrant was to issue for Richard E. Broughton, 64, of 19 Centre St., charged May 11, 2005 with failing to attend jury duty.

Eleanor L. Butler, 36, of 71 Washington St., charged May 4, 2005 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed. Several other people with the same charge had their cases dismissed by the state jury commissioner when it was found that they had moved from the county and were not eligible to serve.

Thomas G. Carroll, 45, of Nantucket, charged May 8, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.

Lisa Coull, 26, of 126 Main St., charged April 4 with driving an uninsured vehicle, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs.

Jerry T. Daub, 51, of 1 Skyline drive, charged Sept. 24 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

A warrant was to issue for Jason A. Davis, 30, formerly of Nantucket, charged April 4, 2005 and April 3, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty.

A warrant was to issue for Bruce Finelli, 49, of 125 Orange St., charged April 6, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty.

Donald A. Garnett, 49, of 5 Beaver St., charged Oct. 15 with check forgery and larceny under $250 from someone 60 or older, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Jacques N. Gauvin, 28, of 11 Meader St., charged Sept. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, failing to stop for police, speeding, driving outside lanes, failing to slow, or wear a seat belt or signal, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Orville T. Grant, 45, of 4 West Creek Road, charged May 25, 2006 with speeding, paid due costs and had his case dismissed.

Peter F. Haigh, Jr., 34, of Bartlett Road, charged Sept. 23, 2003 with failing to attend jury duty, had his case continued to Feb. 6 when he is scheduled to serve on a Superior Court jury.

Martha E. Hamilton, 41, of Bluffton, S.C., charged Dec. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, leaving the scene of property damage and driving outside lanes, had her case continued to Jan. 28.

Tomomi S. Jackson, 35, of 5 Ray's Court, charged Dec. 5 with assault and battery, had her case dismissed prior to arraignment.

A warrant was to issue for Clifford Johnson, 40, of 5 Green Hollow Road, charged Aug. 4, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty.

Trevor P. Johnson, 48, of 7 Daffodil Lane, charged Nov. 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, driving outside lanes and driving with an open alcohol container, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Steven Jube, 52, of 9 Quaise Pasture Road, charged April 18 with driving with a suspended license, was found guilty and given a 60 day sentence in the Barnstable House of Correction. His license had been suspended due to a 2001 guilty finding for driving under the influence of alcohol. Judge Joseph Macy postponed the beginning of the term until Jan. 22. Jube was found guilty of giving a false name to police and that was filed, and found not responsible for failing to stop.

Bonnie Kehoe, 54, of 14 Chuck Hollow Road, charged Nov. 27, 2006 with leaving the scene of property damage and negligent driving, had those charges dismissed and was found not responsible for driving outside lanes and speeding.

Lance J. Kiarsis, 29, of 9 Bayberry Lane, charged Oct. 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, leaving the scene of property damage and speeding, had his case continued to Feb. 11.

Edward F. King, 39, of 69 Milestone Road, charged Nov. 11 with failing to stop for police and speeding, had his case continued to Jan. 2.

Jason D. Laffert, of Nantucket, charged Dec. 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to Jan. 2.

Zakary A. MacKay, 19, of 23 Derrymore Road, charged Aug. 12 with driving with a suspended license, paid due costs and had his case dismissed.

John M. Mayo, 25, of 12 Longwood Drive, charged Aug. 29 with six counts of vandalizing property, had his case continued to Feb. 11.

A warrant was to issue for Darrin Medeiros, 31, of 8 Cherry St., charged Dec. 4 with driving without a license or inspection sticker.

A warrant was to issue for Eric Miller, 39, of 54 Skyline Drive, charged Dec. 6, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty.

Joshua Moore, 22, of 17A Essex Road, charged June 8, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his administrative probation continued to June 9 so he can complete due payments.

Larry Mote, 52, formerly of Nantucket, charged Nov. 18, 2005 with drug possession and on March 8 with armed assault in a dwelling, on Aug. 15 with possessing a firearm without an identification card and on Oct. 2 with driving with a suspended license and carrying a dangerous weapon, had all his cases continued to Jan. 14.

Colleen M. Murphy, 44, of Nantucket, charged May 3, 2005 with failing to attend jury duty, had her case continued to Feb. 6 when she is scheduled to be a Superior Court juror.

Ronald J. Phillips, 40, of 20 Seikinnow Place, charged Sept. 9, 2005 with breaking and entering in the night to commit a felony and larceny under $250, had his case continued to Feb. 11.

David S. Pike, 27, of New Bedford, Mass., charged Sept. 7, 2005 with drug possession with intent to distribute, Dec. 19, 2006 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended license and registration and on April 30 with drug possession and driving with a suspended license, had his cases continued to Jan. 28.

Roxanna E. Pimental, 27, of 3B Boynton Lane, charged Sept. 23 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had her case continued to Jan. 28.

Thomas F. Riche, 51, of 18 South Shore Road, charged Dec. 6 with driving an unregistered vehicle with a suspended license, will have his case dismissed with $100 court costs.

Edwin Ruiz, 35, of Brockton, Mass., charged Dec. 7 with forging or misusing a vehicle registry document and driving with no license in possession, had his case continued to Jan. 14.

A warrant was to issue for Rhonda M. Smith, 36, of Nantucket, charged April 7, 2004 with failing to attend jury duty.

Adam M. Spencer, 18, of 3 Deer Run Road, charged July 15 and July 17 with breaking and entering in the day to commit a felony, destruction of property and larceny over and under $250, had his cases continued to Jan. 22 for assignment of a jury trial date.

Parker N. Swift, 26, of Boston, Mass., charged July 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, driving outside lanes and speeding, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Susan M. Walker, 44, formerly of Nantucket, charged Oct. 4, 2004 with failing to appear for jury duty, had the
