In other court business, a warrant was to issue for Evan S. Carr, 26, of 21B Essex Road, charged Jan. 29, 2006 with negligent driving. John D. Clarkson, 51, of 115 Washington St. Ext., charged Sept. 9, 2003 with driving under the influence of alcohol and negligent driving, paid due costs and had his probation terminated. David B. Edgar, 34, of Pittsburg, Pa., charged May 24, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Stephen J. Fardig, 27, of Smithtown, N.Y., charged May 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, driving outside lanes, negligent driving and speeding, was scheduled for a jury trial but pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was placed on probation for 18 months. He was ordered to attend counseling deemed appropriate, stay alcohol and drug free and submit to random testing. Mariana Faria, 27, of 22 Evergreen Way, charged Oct. 28, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, paid due costs and had her case dismissed. Heliut J. Farrier, 24, of 35 Essex Road, will have a Dec. 1 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found not responsible for a license plate violation. Orville T. Grant, 45, of Nantucket, had his case continued to Dec. 10 to finish court payments due from his May 25, 2006 charge of speeding. Kevin D. Holdgate, 35, of 50 Old South Road, charged Sept. 7, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law and on Dec. 22, 2006 with cocaine distribution, pleaded guilty to the distribution charges and was sentenced to a six month sentence, suspended, and placed on probation for one year. He must remain alcohol and drug free and submit to testing. The conspiracy charge was dismissed. A warrant was to issue for Kenneth E. Johnson, 32, of 32 Somerset Lane, charged Dec. 18, 2006 with shoplifting. Jakub M. Juszcynski, 30, of 38 Surfside Road, charged March 25, 2006 with negligent driving and on March 26, 2006 with leaving the scene of property damage, paid due costs and had his probation terminated. Yana V. Kachanova, 23, of Hyannis, Mass., charged April 13 with driving an uninsured vehicle, paid due costs and had her case dismissed. Kevin Konetchy, 22, of 31 Appleton Road, charged Aug. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failing to slow, had his case continued to Jan. 2. Matthew E. Lamb, 33, of 16 Somerset Road, charged Aug. 16 with driving with a suspended registration, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Judith A. Lawrence, 64, of 40 Surfside Road, charged May 2, 2006 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed. Kristin R. Locashio, 37, of 66 Pochick Ave., charged Dec. 5, 2005 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed. Aideen P. Morgan, 35, of 20 Kendrick St., charged Nov. 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and driving an unregistered vehicle, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence and had the case continued one year without a finding. She must attend the driver alcohol program and had her license suspended for 45 days. Jane E. Morrow, 56, of 76A Hooper Farm Road, charged May 9, 2002 with failing to attend jury duty, had her case dismissed. Karen D. Murley, 28, of Nantucket, charged May 12, 2003 with failing to attend jury duty, had her case dismissed. Kevin Ramos, 18, of 55 Upper Vestal St., charged July 30, 2006 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and vandalizing property and on Jan. 21 with assault and battery, had all charges dismissed. Karen Reid, 49, of Nantucket, charged Aug. 7 with driving with a suspended registration and on Nov. 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to slow and speeding, paid due costs on the registration charge and had that dismissed. Her other case was continued to Jan. 7. Blake A. Rosenberg, 22, of 32 Equator Drive, charged Nov. 27 with driving with a suspended license, will have the charge dismissed with $50 court costs. Robert M. Scribner, 26, of 14 Cedar Circle, charged Jan. 10 with drug possession, paid due costs and had the case dismissed. Devon Smith, 39, of 14B Park Circle, charged Jan. 16 with cocaine possession with intent to distribute and a drug violation near a school or park, had his case continued to Jan. 22. Courtney A. Stock, 20, of Newton, Mass., charged July 15 with driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage and drug possession, admitted to the property damage and drug charge and a new charge of negligent driving. Those charges were continued for one year without a finding during which time she must attend the driver alcohol education program. The charge of driving under the influence was dismissed. Robert E. Todd, Jr., 45, of Franklin, Mass., charged Oct. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop, had his case consinued to Jan. 22. Loretta Twomey, 26, of 33 Surfside Road, charged May 4, 2005 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed. Joel St. Usher, 24, of 6 Second Way, charged Dec. 1 with driving with a suspended license, will have the charge dismissed with $50 court costs. He was found not responsible for lights and seat belt violations. Craig N. Wilson, 47, of Nantucket, charged June 7, 2005 with failing to attend jury duty, had the charge dismissed.
