"It was a great success," said Nantucket Island Chamber of Commerce executive director Tracy Bakalar. "Both visitors and businesses alike were happy and that makes us happy." Although transportation statistics were not available as of press time, the chamber believes more people than last year visited the island for this year's Stroll.
