I ON SELECTMEN
There was no meeting of the Board of Selectmen on Thanksgiving Eve, Nov. 21.

AT TONIGHT'S REGULAR MEETING, NOV. 28 AT 6 P.M., THE BOARD WILL FIRST CONVENE AS THE BOARD OF HEALTH AND:

• Hold public hearings on whether to amend Board of Health regulations pertaining to the Madaket and Nantucket Harbor Watershed Protection Districts.

CONVENING AS THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, MEMBERS WILL:

• Hear a county administrator's request for approval of revisions to funding sources for the FY08 county budget.

CONVENING AS THE BOARD OF SELECTMEN, MEMBERS WILL:

• Hear a request for a change of manager on the liquor license for Alice's Restaurant at the airport.

• Hear a request for a change of manager on the liquor license for Pi Pizzeria.

• Hear a request for a waiver of conflict of interest regarding Town Counsel's representation of both the town and Land Bank in a financial transaction.

• Hear a Land Bank request for approval of a resolution and memorandum of understanding relating to bond issuance for real estate acquisition.

• Hear a Finance Department request to execute interim loan documents connected with the Surfside Wastewater Treatment Plant upgrade.

• Hear a Verizon request for a pole relocation on Candle House Lane.

• Hear appeals of Historic District Commission decisions for properties at 2 East Hallowell Lane and 29 Baxter Road.

At 3 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29 the selectmen, convening as the Board of Healtha, will meet in the conference room at 2 Fairgrounds Road to begin a public hearing on the Reis Trucking company's application for a solid waste transfer station on three acres at 30 Bunker Road.
