Monday's District Court ran past 4 p.m., in part due to delays in the arrival of the assistant district attorney and court interpreter as well as some defendants, because of problems with equipment at the Barnstable airport that caused those people to travel here by boat.

Once proceedings started, Manuel A. Aguilar, 40, of 11 Bartlett Road, charged Nov. 11 with driving with a suspended license, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Michael K. Araujo, 48, of 40 Hooper Farm Road, was found guilty of violating his probation on Oct. 26 on a charge of vandalizing property and was sentenced to serve one year in the Barnstable House of Correction. A charge of breaking and entering was dismissed. Araujo had been on probation after being charged Sept. 17 with larceny from a building and driving under the influence of alcohol. Those cases were continued without findings, but on Monday the continuances were revoked and he was found guilty on the charges.

Hunter P. Barrett, 24, of 65 Surfside Road, admitted to negligent driving on July 4 and was fined $20 and placed on probation for one year. Acharge of driving under the influence of alcohol was dismissed and he was found not responsible for driving outside lanes and speeding.

Marc D. Berkowitz, 52, of Wellesley, Mass. will have a Sept. 12 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed with $100 court costs.

Stephen W. Bowler, 23, of 9 Waydale Road, charged July 5, 2006 with negligent driving, paid due costs and had his case dismissed.

Edson Bryan, 29, of 23 Park Circle, paid due costs and had his Nov. 15 charge of driving without a license dismissed.

Steven M. Canty, 48, of W. Yarmouth, Mass., charged Sept. 6 with driving with a suspended license, subsequent offense, driving in violation of a license class, driving an uncovered load of trash and equipment violations, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Umar Chaudhry, 21, of Weymouth, Mass., had an Aug. 29 charge of with drug possession with intent to distribute dismissed.

Benjamin E. Chavez, 32, of Everett, Mass., charged Nov. 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, child endangerment while driving intoxicated and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Marittza C. Delgado, 48, of 17 Bailey Road, charged Sept. 8 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. She was found not responsible for failing to have an inspection sticker.

Ronaldo A. DoPrado, 24, of 18B Park Circle, will have an Aug. 19 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $200 court costs.

A warrant was issued for Helen Eli, 35, of N. Chelmsford, Mass., charged May 2 with larceny by check in amounts over and under $250.

Adilson Figueiredo, 37, formerly of Nantucket, had a Nov. 24 charge of driving without a license dismissed and was found not responsible for failing to signal. He is in the custody of immigration officials.

Cormac Fitzpatrick, 27, of 5 Chestnut St., will have a Nov. 23 charge of disorderly conduct dismissed with $300 court costs. A charge of resisting arrest was dismissed.

Henrique Franca, of Nantucket, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and not wearing a seat belt, had his case continued to Dec. 17 for a judge's bench trial without a jury.

Kim Glowacki, 43, of 20 Davekim Lane, charged Sept. 6 with permitting unlicensed driving of a vehicle or driving with a suspended license, will have the charge dismissed with $50 court costs.

Sebastian M. Gutierrez, 20, of Malden, Mass., will have a motion hearing on Dec. 17 on an Aug. 29 charge of drug possession.

Allan Haigh, 27, of 30B Somerset Lane, paid due costs and had a July 31 charge of disorderly conduct dismissed.

Rudolph M. Hamilton, 36, of Nantucket, had his pre-trial probation on an Aug. 13, 2006 charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older terminated. The charge was amended to assault and battery and dismissed.

Kenute Haughton, 40, of 15 Essex Road, paid due costs and had an Aug. 7 charge of driving without a license dismissed.

Cristiham B. Hernandez, of Nantucket, charged Nov. 20 with driving with a suspended license, failing to stop and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Pablo E. Hernandez, 46, of 11 Macy Lane, charged Nov. 20 with driving without a license and a lights violation, will have the case dismissed with $300 court costs.

Victor S. Hosterman, 31, of 30 Dukes Road, will have an Aug. 17 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed with $100 court costs. A charge of driving with a suspended registration was dismissed.

Brian S. Jones, 47, of 22 Ridge Lane, admitted to a Nov. 20 charge of disorderly conduct and had the case continued for six months without a finding. He must stay alcohol free and submit to testing.

A warrant issued for Yana V. Kachanova, 23, of Hyannis, Mass., charged April 13 with driving an uninsured vehicle.

Craig Kay, 56, of 3 Nobadeer Ave., will have an Aug. 16 charge of tagging (defacing) property dismissed with $50 court costs.

Heidi A. Keith, 25, of 5A Cow Pond Lane, charged Sept. 7 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration and speeding, had her case continued to Dec. 17.

Christine Knoll, 26, of 7B Grove Lane, had an April 8 charge of assault and battery dismissed.

A warrant issued for Matthew E. Lamb, 32, of 16 Somerset Road, charged Aug. 16 with driving with a suspended registration.

Daniel A. Landaverde-Manci, 32, of Nantucket and Georgia, admitted to a Sept. 1 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and had the case continued without a finding for one year. He must attend the driver alcohol program and had his right to drive in the state suspended for 45 days. He was found not responsible for a lights violation and speeding.

Carlos R. Lemus, 28, of 124 Orange St., charged Nov. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to yield and not wearing a seat belt, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Keith Lewis, 34, of 3 Rosebud Lane, paid due costs and had a Nov. 18 charge of driving without a license dismissed.

Steven Lewis, 35, of Nantucket, charged May 5 with cocaine possession with intent to distribute, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Washington Machado, 30, of Hyannis, Mass., will have an Aug. 3 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $200 court costs.

Raymond Martin, 46, of 71 Easton St., charged Nov. 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Troy M. Maynard, 22, of 11 Somerset Road, charged Sept. 7 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration, had his case continued to Jan. 22.

Hidelfonso O. Monzon, 45, of 19 Cynthia Lane, admitted to an Aug. 26 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and was placed on probation for one year. He must attend a 14-day in-patient treatment program for second offenders. He was found not responsible for driving outside lanes and not wearing a seat belt.

John Mulhern, 46, of Wilmington, Del., had his probation extended until June 30, 2008 to allow him to complete a driver alcohol program stemming from his June 20, 2006 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Trescott A. Murray, 31, of 1 Equator Drive, will have a Jan. 16 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found not responsible for driving outside lanes.

Curtis Nedderman, 33, of Brooklyn, N.Y., charged Oct. 21 with violating an abuse prevention order, intimidating a witness and threatening to commit a crime, was placed on pretrial probation for one year.

Duilio Neto, 22, of Fall River, Mass., admitted to an Aug. 30 charge of receiving stolen property and had the case continued without a finding for 364 days, He must pay $200 restitution.

Amanda P. Olin, 39, of 5 Hiller's Lane, paid due costs and had a Nov. 9, 2006 charge of negligent driving dismissed.

Neil E. Racicot, 34, of Brimfield, Mass., paid due costs and had an Oct. 24 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed.

A warrant issued for Karen Reid, 49, of 29 Appleton Road, charged Aug. 7 with driving with a suspended registration.

Mauricio A. Rivas, 25, of 11 Macy Lane, had April charges of violating an abuse prevention order dismissed.

Mark J. Roche, 52, of Nantucket, charged in November 1992 with assault and battery and in January of 1993 with violating an abuse prevention order and assault and battery, had his cases continued to Dec. 4 for a motion hearing.

Juan J. Serrano-Coto, 27, of 40 Macy Lane, will have an Oct. 21 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $300 court costs. He was found not responsible for driving outside lanes and a lights violation.

Genesio T. Silva, 26, of 19 Old South Road, will have an Aug. 8 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed with $300 court costs. A charge of driving with a suspended registration was dismissed.

Barrett J. Snow, 36, of 43B Nobadeer Farm Road, charged Sept. 13 with driving with a suspended license, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Manuel D. Sola, 44, of Nantucket, will have an Aug. 18 charge of driving an uninsured vehicle dismissed with $100 court costs.

Damion R. Spence, 27, of 45 Nobadeer Farm Road, charged Nov. 20 with receiving stolen property, driving without a license and a license plate violation, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Robert E. Todd, Jr., 45, of Franklin, Mass., charged Oct. 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop, had his case continued to Dec. 3.

Alec R. Wheeler, 36, of 9 Spinnaker Circle, paid due costs and had an Oct. 28, 2006 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Glen S. White, 43, of 8 Allen's Way, charged May 31 with driving with a suspended license, second offense, and failing to yield, had his

case continued to Jan. 22. I
