• Unanimously approved a request from Sherburne Commons, Inc., to amend its ground lease to allow its 13 affordable elder rental units to become available to persons earning no more than 80 percent of the median income for Nantucket County. The previous cutoff was for applicants earning no more than 50 percent of the median income. The change in terms is for a five-year period.
• Learned that a request from the Westmoor Club to extend its sewer connection permit was withdrawn because the decision has been remanded to DPW head Jeff Willett. According to documents for the request, changes in design have led to a need for an extension for permits that expire on Nov. 30 but have not been used because of the changes.
