In an unusually brief District Court session on Monday, the probation for Dewane S. Barker was terminated. Barker, 28, of 107 Hummock Pond Road, was charged Aug. 25, 2006 with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Paul Blanchard, 30, of 10 South Pasture Lane, was found in violation of his probation and ordered to stay drug and alcohol free for one year. He admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on Oct. 18 and had that charge continued one year without a finding. He must attend the driver alcohol program and had his license suspended for 45 days.

Richard E. Bravo, 35, of 16 Miacomet Ave., had his pre-trial probation terminated. He was charged Oct. 3, 2006 with assault and battery.

Neil T. Breault, 25, of 24 Woodland Ave., charged Oct. 28 with assault and battery, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Carlos Chacon-Maldonado, 28, of 6 Teasdale Circle, will have a Sept. 27 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $50 court costs. He was found not responsible for failing to stop.

Jared S. Chadwick, 23, of 15 Field Ave., paid due costs and had his Oct. 25, 2006 charge of violating an abuse prevention order dismissed as well as his Oct. 16, 2006 charge of threatening to commit a crime.

Cordel A. Crump, 25, of 13 Pine Grove Drive, will have his July 31 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $50 court costs. He was found not responsible for speeding.

The case against Gary Edwards, 27, of 6 Williams St., was not prosecuted in District Court because he has been indicted by a Superior Court grand jury on Feb. 22 and March 15 charges of cocaine distribution.

Daniel Franklin, 33, of 7 Cynthia Lane, will have a Feb. 10 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed with $50 court costs. He was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker or wearing a seat belt.

Stephen N, Franklin, 27, of 6 Washaman Ave., had his probation continued to May 5. He was charged Oct. 10, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

David C. Gray, 23, of 11 Friendship Lane, had his probation continued to Dec. 10. He was charged June 27, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Trevor Johnson, 48, of 7 Daffodil Lane, charged Nov. 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and driving with an open container of alcohol, had his case continued to Dec. 10.

Edgar J. Leinbergs, 50, of 5 Catherine Lane, charged Oct. 13 with violating an abuse prevention order, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Jonathan D. Nile, 34, of 19B Waydale Road, charged Oct. 31 with two counts of drug possession and driving without a license, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Dorothy Perry, 18, of Quaker Road, charged Nov. 16, 2006 and Dec. 2, 2006 with drug distribution, had her case continued to Dec. 17.

James A. Russell, 48, of 11A Folger Ave., charged Oct. 29 with driving with a suspended license, no license in possession and improper driving, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Jason Turk, 24, of 24 Woodland Drive, paid due costs and had his Oct. 9, 2006 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol dismissed.

Daniel W. Twomey, 20, of 28 Longwood Drive, charged May 20 with breaking and entering in the day and placing a person in fear and wanton destruction of property over $250, had his case continued to Nov. 13.

Lloyd G. Wallace, 25, of 6 Berkley St., charged Nov. 2 with violating an abuse prevention order, had his case continued to Dec. 17.

Mark R. Whitcomb, 48, of Nantucket, had his cases continued to Nov. 19. He was charged Aug. 29, 2005 with driving with a suspended license and drug possession and on Aug. 7, 2006 with breaking and entering to commit a felony and larceny under $250.

Denham S. Wood, 29, of Westport, Mass., had his case continued to Dec. 17. He was charged Sept. 26 with assault and battery on a police officer, nine counts of breaking and entering a vehicle or boat to commit a felony, possessing a burglarious instrument, resisting arrest and larceny over $250.
