PAVED ACCOMPANIMENT
To the editor:

An open letter to Grant Sanders:

I would like to express my sentiments about road paving to the depredators on the Planning Board by coming with my bugle to accompany your trombone at their next meeting.

Matter of fact, I think "developer" should be officially classified as a dirty word on Nantucket, and that local dung-heads who confuse progress with blatant despoiling should be somehow banished from positions of influence.

I'm for class action lawsuits if not for burning at the stake as quicker.

If you're the "big guy with the trombone," I'd be the skinny old lady with the bugle.
