I ON THE COURT Karl U. Andersen, 19, of Arcola, Va., charged Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. There were three codefendants charged with the same offense. Cases against Kimberly Baker, 25, of Nantucket, originally scheduled for an Aug. 7 jury trial, will not be prosecuted. Brooke E. Barsanti, 19, of South Hamilton, Mass., charged Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct, will have her charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Andrew Bevan, 21, of Bridgewater, N.J., charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Samuel Bricknell, 23, of Amherst, Mass., charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Anthony Cahill, 22, of Ridgefield, Conn., charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. James Canning, 19, of Rye, N.Y., charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Philip W. Conforti, 40, of 51 Ridge Lane, charged March 14 with assault and battery, had his case continued to Aug. 29. Andrew M. Dimock, 24, of 44 Bartlett Road, charged July 27 with delivering alcohol to a minor, paid due costs and had the case dismissed. Gurauskas Garbrielius, 19, of Hollywood, Fla., charged Aug. 5 with larceny over $250, will have the charge dismissed with $300 court costs. Joseph Gardner, 22, of 11 Pond View Drive, charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have his charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Mark A. Gibeley, 35, of 68 Vestal St., charged July 5, 2006 with drug possession and who was on pretrial probation for July 13, 2006 charges of drug possession, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Nathan Hemingson, 25, of Hartford, Conn., charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have his charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Richard A. Ho-Shue, 44, of 45 1/2 Essex Road, who has been on pretrial probation, had his case dismissed. Mariya K. Johnson, 23, of 38 Macy's Lane, charged July 16, 2006 with two counts of drug possession, had his case continued to Aug. 22 to complete court payments. Sean P. Joslin, 40, of 7 Brinda Lane, charged Dec. 28, 2006 with assault and battery, had his case continued to Sept. 10. Daniel Keating, 50, of 10 South Pasture Lane, charged March 23, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, had his case continued to Aug. 20. Kevin Konetchy, 22, of 31 Appleton Road, charged Aug. 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and failing to slow down, had his case continued to Aug. 13. George F. Korn, 68, of 14 Pleasant St., charged Oct. 3, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop and failing to stop at an intersection, had his case continued to Sept. 10. Ryan B. Laffey, 20, of 30 Berkley St., charged July 26 with being a minor possessing alcohol, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Michael Lindley, 25, of 4 Morgan Square, charged Aug. 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Aug. 15. Brett Loscario, 21, of 22 Evergreen Way, charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. David Marshall, 41, of 28 Polpis Road, charged Jan. 6 with receiving a stolen vehicle and driving without a license, was found guilty and placed on probation for two years. Josue Martins, 29, of 5A Maryanne Drive, charged March 26 with driving with a suspended license and drug possession, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. William H. Martling, 52, of 67A Miacomet Ave., charged March 14, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol and on Jan. 24 with assault and battery, had the assault charge dismissed. He admitted to driving under the influence and had the case continued without a finding for one year. He must attend an alcohol education program and had his license suspended for 45 days. Marvin M. McCallum, 24, of 1 Green Meadows Drive, charged May 17 with driving without a license, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Kyle W. Paterson, 20, of 70 Union St., charged Jan. 19 with drug possession, driving with a suspended license and no license in possession and failing to stop, had his case continued to Sept. 10. James Philbin, 23, of 22 Evergreen Way, charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have his charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Nicholas Rockwell, 22, of Shelburne, Vt., charged Aug. 5 with a noise violation, will have his charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Manuel Rojas, 39, of 20 West York St., charged Dec. 14, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle with a suspended license, a lights violation, failing to wear a seat belt and making an improper turn, had his case continued to Sept. 10. Luis A. Rosario, 45, of Bridgeport, Conn., charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper driving and failing to wear a seat belt, was found not responsible on the latter two charges and admitted to driving under the influence. His case was continued without a finding for one year and his license was suspended for 45 days. Jason N. Schell, 30, of 2 Helen's Drive, charged Dec. 22, 2006 with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, paid due costs and had his case closed. Alfred A. Shields, of Nantucket, charged Aug. 4 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a stick), had his case continued to Aug. 13. Richard C. Spenceley, 24, of St. Thomas, V.I., charged July 25, 2006 with negligent driving, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Raymond C. Symer, 19, of 78 Skyline Drive, charged Jan. 13 with leaving the scene of personal injury and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a vehicle), and on May 24 with driving without a license, not possessing a license and a license plate violation, had the unlicensed charge dismissed but was found guilty on the injury and assault charges and sentenced to 18 months in jail with nine months to serve. He will be on probation until August 2010, must remain alcohol and drug free and submit to anger management counseling as deemed appropriate. Collin Weiss, 21, of McLean, Va., charged Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Maxell T. Weiss, 19, of McLean, Va., charged Aug. 3 with disorderly conduct, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs. Devon E. Worthington, 22, of 32 New St., charged July 4, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. Clarification: In court on July 30, Karen Kozlowski, 43, of Nantucket, had charges of driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration and a shoplifting charge continued without findings for one year.
