I ON THE COURT Kimberly L. Baker, 25, of Nantucket, had three cases scheduled, including probation violation hearings and a status review on the most recent charge, a Sept. 28, 2006 charge of assault and battery. Her other cases involved a Nov. 17, 2005 charge of negligent driving and a Feb. 5, 2006 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Baker was scheduled for an Aug. 7 trial on the assault charge as well as probation violation hearings. Karolis Barkauskas, 21, of 150 Pleasant St., admitted to delivering alcohol to a minor on July 27. His case was continued without a finding for six months and he was assessed $100 in court costs. Barkauskas was one of several people arrested for the offense in connection with a police undercover operation. Michael T. Brown, 41, of Marion, Mass., was in court on an April 17 charge of assault and battery. An Aug. 7 trial date was set. A warrant issued for Walter J. Burnham, 49, of Wilbraham, Mass., who was to have a status review on a June 23, 2006 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Jose Castellanos, 28, of 6 Dave Kim Lane, will have a July 29 charge of driving without a license dismissed after payment of $500 in court costs. Ryan H. Conway, 29, of 54 Essex Road, charged Dec. 3, 2006 with malicious destruction of property, will have the charge dismissed with $150 in court costs. Richard J. Cornell, 21, of Wayland, Mass., had a July 27 charge of delivering alcohol to a minor continued to Aug. 22. Donatas Daujotas, 26, of 1 Fairgrounds Road, admitted to delivering alcohol to a minor on July 27. The case was continued without a finding for six months and he was assessed $100 in court costs. Carlos M. DeJesus, 31, of 10B Essex Road, charged July 19 with delivering alcohol to a minor, admitted to the offense and had the case continued without a finding for six months with a $100 court cost assessment. Andrew M. Dimock, 24, of 44 Bartlett Road, also admitted to delivering alcohol to a minor on July 27. The case was continued without a finding for six months and he was assessed $100 in court costs. Barrington Falconer, 43, of 17 1/2 Teasdale Circle, admitted to delivering alcohol to a minor on July 27 and had the case continued without a finding for six months with a $100 court assessment. Joseph M. Fanous, 36, of West Yarmouth, Mass. charged March 20 with driving with a suspended license and failing to stop, was given an Aug. 7 trial date. Stephen J. Fardig, 26, of Smithtown, N.Y., charged May 25 with driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, driving outside lanes, negligent driving and speeding, will have a trial date assigned on Sept. 10. Jason D. Flanagan, 28, of 19 Atlantic Ave., admitted to negligent driving on Feb. 1. His case was continued without a finding for one year during which time he must remain alcohol and drug free. Charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest were dismissed and he was found responsible for failing to stop. Nicholas Fudge, 18, of 4 Falcon Court, will have a July 29 charge of being a minor possessing alcohol dismissed with payment of $200 in court costs. David A. Gonzalez, 39, of 18 Centre St., was given an Aug. 8 trial date on June 18 charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop and driving outside lanes. Rudolph M. Hamilton, 35, of 39 Essex Road, had a status review on an Aug. 13, 2006 charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older. The case was continued to Aug. 22. Michelle A. Harrison, 17, of 37 Somerset Road, was in court on June 2 charges of drug possession, driving outside lanes and failing to wear a seat belt. She admitted to marijuana possession and had the charge continued without a finding for three months. A warrant was issued for Sean P. Ikenberry, 38, formerly of Nantucket, charged Feb. 7, 2005 with violating an abuse order and on July 7, 2005 with assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct. Ernestas J. Jaloveckas, 26, of 33 Surfside Road, charged Oct. 24, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving, leaving the scene of property damage, failing to stop for police, driving outside lanes and speeding, was given an Aug. 8 trial date. Steven R. Jewell, 42, of Naples, Fla., charged June 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and not possessing a registration, had the case continued to Aug. 29. A warrant was issued for Sean P. Joslin, 40, of 7 Brinda Lane, charged Dec. 28, 2006 with assault and battery. George F. Korn, 68, of 14 Pleasant St., charged Oct. 3, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop and failing to yield, was given an Aug. 6 trial date. Karen Y. Kozlowski, 43, of Nantucket, had several cases on Monday. She had a probation violation hearing on a Oct. 16, 2006 charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, April 24 charges of driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended regis- tration, May 17 charges of driving with a suspended license, without an inspection sticker and an equipment violation, and a June 19 charge of shoplifting. She admitted to the charges and was fined $625 on the license charge. The charges of driving an uninsured vehicle and shoplifting were continued without a finding for one year. Ryan B. Laffey, 20, of 30 Berkley St., will have a July 26 charge of being a minor possessing alcohol dismissed with $200 court costs. Coulter R. Lenhart, 17, of 25 Dukes Road, was arraigned on July 26 charges of marijuana possession, negligent driving and driving outside lanes. The case was continued to Aug. 15. Christopher R. Lydon, 23, of 20 Evergreen Way, had a status review on June 24 charges of leaving the scene after property damage and driving under the influence of alcohol. Cain U. Mancia, 42, of 73 Old South Road, was arraigned on a May 5 charge of driving without a license and had the case continued to Aug. 13. Evan D. Marley, 39, of 5 Eagle Way, had a status review on his Jan. 6 charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop and speeding. He will have a trial date assigned on Sept. 10. William H. Martling, 52, of 67A Miacomet Road, had cases on the docket for his March 14, 2006 charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes as well as his Jan. 24 charge of assault and battery. Both cases were scheduled for trial on Aug. 6. Tyrone G. McLaughlin, 32, of 5A Cow Pond Lane, admitted to delivering alcohol to a minor on July 27 and had the case continued without a finding for six months with a $100 court assessment. Christopher Metcalfe, 54, of Nantucket, had several cases up for status review, including Nov. 15, 2004 charges of breaking and entering a vehicle to commit a felony and burning a vehicle and Oct. 4, 2006 charges of breaking and entering a building to commit a felony, larceny under $250 and burning a vehicle. The cases were continued to Aug. 15. David S. Pike, 26, of 4 Hull Lane, faced proceedings related to his Sept. 7, 2005 charge of drug possession with intent to distribute, Dec. 19, 2006 charges of driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended license and registration, failing vehicle safety standards and an equipment violation and April 30 charges of drug possession and driving with a suspended license. The cases were continued to Aug. 1. Eric E. Roberts, 18, of 16 Allen's Lane, was arraigned on July 23 charges of marijuana possession and being a minor possessing alcohol. The case was continued to Aug. 15. A warrant was issued for Michael J. Robillard, 34, of 56 Somerset Road, charged June 8 with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and drug possession. Cameron Robinson, 17, of 4 Clara Drive, will have a July 29 charge of being a minor possessing alcohol dismissed after payment of $200 in court costs. Eric T. Santos, 19, of 2 Tom's Way, will have a July 28 charge of being a minor possessing alcohol dismissed with $200 in court costs. Tyler M. Santos, 21, of 6 Tom's Way, paid due costs and had his July 19 charge of delivering alcohol to a minor dismissed. Jason N. Schell, 30, of 2 Helen's Drive, charged Dec. 22, 2006 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, will have the charges dismissed on completion of due court payments. Michael J. Siebold, 20, of New Jersey, admitted to July 29 charges of marijuana possession and being a minor possessing alcohol and had the charges continued without a finding for six months with a $100 court assessment. Nolan E. Spence, 19, of 3B Cynthia Lane, charged March 22 with receiving stolen property, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Kevin Stanton, 18, of 20 Somerset Road, was arraigned on a July 23 charge of marijuana possession. He admitted to the charge and had the case continued without a finding for three months with a $50 court assessment. Adam M. Stiener, 40, of Winston- Salem, N.C., was arraigned on July 26 charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and drug possession. The case was continued to Aug. 15. Raymond C. Symer, 19, of Nantucket had status reviews regarding his Jan. 13 charges of leaving the scene of personal injury and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and May 24 charges of driving without a license, without a license in possession and a license plate violation. He was given an Aug. 6 trial date. David C. Tarr, 28, of Nantucket, charged Dec. 16, 2006 with drug possession, had his case continued to Aug. 8 for trial. Paul D. Waggoner, 28, of 8 Salti Way, had a status review on his April 13 charges of kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. The kidnapping and weapon charges were dismissed. He admitted to the assault and was given an 18-month sentence with credit for serving 109 days and the balance suspended. He was placed on probation for two years. Michael F. Walsh, 42, of 22 Massasoit Bridge Road, had a status review on his July 25, 2006 charges of three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, malicious destruction of property and negligent driving. The case was set for an Aug. 7 trial. Tyrone Williams, 28, of 14S Larrabee Lane, had a status review on his Oct. 6, 2006 charge of distributing cocaine and Nov. 16, 2006 charges of cocaine distribution and a drug violation near a school. Williams, who is in custody, has a deportation order in effect. The case was scheduled for further review on Aug. 15. Devin Wilmot, 18, of 16 Mill St., charged July 21 with a bylaw violation and being a minor possessing alcohol, paid due costs and had the case dismissed. Gregory Wilson, 51, of 56 Hummock Pond Road, charged July 29 with disorderly conduct, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Jon R. Yenor, 47, of Connecticut, will have a July 28 charge of driving without a license dismissed with payment of $100 in court costs and was found responsible for speeding. I |
