I ON THE COURT Reyes Aguilar, 18, of 15 Old South Road, will have a July 19 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for a lights violation. Cesar Baltazar, 42, of 104 Old South Road, charged July 19 with disorderly conduct, failing to stop for police and speeding, had his case continued to Aug. 15. Sandra Arujo-Beirute, 47, of 4 Luff Road, charged July 14 with assault and battery, had her case continued to July 25. William W. Bourbeau, 28, of Wilbraham, Mass., was held on probation detention until July 25. He was charged on May 17, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, and driving with a suspended license, and charged on Sept. 27, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol, fourth offense, and driving with a suspended license. Hugo A. Chavez, 26, of 24 Bailey Road, charged July 19 with selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, had his case continued to July 25. Vincent Cilfone, 26, of 10 Bassett Road, charged July 18 with drug possession, had his case continued to Aug. 15. Cristian Cuello, 28, of 117 Pleasant St., charged March 22 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration, had his case continued to Aug. 13. Carlos M. DeJesus, 31, of 10B Essex Road, charged July 19 with selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, had his case continued to July 25. Carlos DeSouza, 35, of 19 Old South Road, charged March 26 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for a lights violation. A warrant was to issue for Christopher J. Farnsworth, 27, of 24A Park Circle, charged June 13 with driving without a license and driving outside lanes. Justo Marino-Garcia, 23, of 15 Old South Road, will have a July 21 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for an equipment violation. Patrick W. Gardner, 18, of 5 'Sconset Ave., charged July 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and a license plate violation, had his case continued to Aug. 15. David P. Hall, 36, of Boston, Mass., charged July 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and without an inspection sticker, had his case continued to Aug. 29. Jorge M. Hernandez, 33, of 15 Old South Road, charged July 19 with selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Donya K. Johnson, 23, of 30 Essex Road, charged July 20 with drug distribution, had his case continued to Aug. 15 and was released on $2,000 cash bail. Ali Kalkan, 42, of Nantucket, charged Jan. 1 with assault and battery, paid due costs and had the case dismissed. Aleksandar Kolarov, 23, of 55 Essex Road, had his case continued to July 25. He was charged July 19 with selling or delivering alcohol to a minor. Karen Y. Kozlowski, 43, of 44 Union St., had her cases continued to July 30. She was charged Oct. 16, 2006 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, charged Feb. 24 with driving with a suspended registration, charged April 24 with driving an uninsured vehicle, charged May 17 with driving with a suspended license, an equipment violation and driving without an inspection sticker, and was charged June 19 with shoplifting. Jose R. Tejada-Lemus, 33, of 24 Mary Ann Drive, will have a May 6 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found not responsible for not having an inspection sticker. Christopher R. Lydon, 23, of 20 Evergreen Way, charged June 24 with leaving the scene of property damage and driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to July 25. Kevin Meehan, 19, of 16 Mill St., charged July 21 with a municipal bylaw violation and being a minor possessing alcohol, had his case continued to July 25. Reginald D. Miller, 17, of 17 Correia Lane, charged April 23 with intimidating a witness and trespassing, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Samuel R. Murphy, 19, of 3 Spinnaker Circle, charged July 18 with being a minor possessing alcohol, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Cotey W. O'Neill, 21, of 8 Mary Ann Drive, charged July 22 with unarmed burglary, two counts of assault and battery and disorderly conduct, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Joshua M. Rivers, 19, of 30 Dukes Road, charged July 22 with unarmed burglary, two counts of assault and battery and disorderly conduct, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Tyler M. Santos, 21, of 6 Tom's Way, charged July 19 with selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, had his case continued to July 25. James W. Simmons, 26, of 61 South Shore Road, charged July 20 with driving with a suspended license, had his case continued to Aug. 1. A warrant was to issue for Nolan E. Spence, 19, of 74 Surfside Road, charged March 24 with receiving stolen property valued below $250. Blanca C. Tejada-Alarcon, 21, of 3 Nobadeer Way, will have a July 20 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. Spencer Verney, 19, of Hancock, N.H., charged July 20 with marijuana possession and being a minor possessing alcohol, had his case continued to July 30. Steven Vieira, 30, of New Bedford, Mass., paid due costs and had his case dismissed. He was charged Oct. 14, 2006 with malicious destruction of property. Paul D. Waggoner, 28, of 8 Salti Way, who remains in custody after being charged April 13 with kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, will have a bail hearing on July 25. Mark R. Whitcomb, 47, of 5 Beaver St., charged July 19 with two counts of breaking and entering a vehicle in the day to commit a felony, had his case continued to Aug. 22. Devin Wilmot, 18, of 16 Mill St., charged July 21 with a municipal bylaw violation and being a minor possessing alcohol, had his case continued to July 25. Philip C. Woram, 19, of Dallas, Tx., charged July 20 with marijuana possession and being a minor possessing alcohol, had his case continued to July 25. Alex M. Workman, 18, of Halifax, Mass., charged July 18 with being a minor possessing alcohol, had his case continued to Aug. 22.
