I ON THE COURT In Monday's District Court session the case against Scott T. Atwood was dismissed. He was charged June 21 with disorderly conduct. Dakota Cooke, 21, of 66 Prospect St., charged July 6 with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, drug possession and a drug violation near a school, had the case continued to July 11. George E. Cooke, 28, of 66 Prospect St., charged July 6 with two counts of drug possession, had his case continued to July 11. Joshua Cooke, 22, of Bellingham, Mass., charged July 6 with two counts of drug possession, had his case continued to July 11. Charles M. Crosby, 45, of 4 Daffodil Lane, charged July 5 with assault and battery, had his case continued to July 18. Peter M. England, 70, of 27C Pine St., charged March 3, 2002 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to July 16. Terry T. Francis, 27, of 22 Pine Grove Lane, charged May 3 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. John Griffin, 38, of Sandwich, Mass., charged May 1 with driving without a license, had his arraignment continued to Aug. 1. Albert D. Haye, 26, of 1 Green Meadows Drive, charged July 6 with marijuana possession, had his case continued without a finding for one year. Hugh S. Ingram, 52, of 6 Salros Road, charged May 7 with driving without a license or an inspection sticker, will have the license charge dismissed with $100 court costs and was found responsible for no sticker. Awarrant issued for Yana V. Kachanova, 22, of Hyannis, Mass., charged April 13 with driving an uninsured vehicle. Bonnie Kehoe, 54, of 14 Chuck Hollow Road, charged Nov. 27, 2006 with leaving the scene of property damage, negligent driving, driving outside lanes and speeding, had her case continued to July 25. Karen Y. Kozlowski, 43, of 27 West Sankaty Road, charged April 24 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration, had her case continued to July 11. Meredith E. Laine, 35, of Norwell, Mass., charged July 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol and a vehicle bylaw violation, had her case continued to Aug. 1. Keisha A. Malcom, 28, of 11 Cynthia Lane, charged July 1 with driving without a license, had the charge dismissed. Marvin M. McCallum, 24, of 1 Green Meadows Drive, charged July 6 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $300 court costs. He was found responsible for a lights violation. Colin O'Brien, 21, of 10 Miller's Way, charged July 5 with driving with a suspended license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs. A warrant issued for Joan E. Reid, 51, of Nantucket, charged April 16 with driving with a suspended registration. Michael A. Schuster, 20, of 101 Somerset Road, charged June 13 with breaking and entering on a boat in the night and larceny under $250, had his case continued to July 18. Matthew W. Shields, 23, of Florida, charged May 3 with negligent driving and driving without a license or registration, will have the first charge dismissed with $250 court costs, the license charge dismissed with $100 court costs and was found not responsible on the last charge.
