In a much briefer session of District Court than last Monday, several arraignments were held prior to what officials hope will be a quiet Fourth of July.

Ana P. Arroyo-Castro, 34, of 16A Teasdale Circle, charged June 25 with driving without a license and failing to stop, will have the license charge dismissed with $100 court costs and was found responsible for not stopping.

Eugene Bettencourt, 63, of Attleboro, Mass., charged Oct. 28, 2004 with his third charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, had his probation terminated.

Kevin D. Burleson, 24, of 14 Essex Road, charged May 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Aug. 15.

Patricia Calabrese, 64, of 2 Morgan Square, charged April 12 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs.

Antelmo D. Cealmo, 30, of 27 Evergreen Way, charged June 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and driving outside lanes, had his case continued to Aug. 1.

William D. Ciarmataro, 23, of 117 Somerset Road, charged Sept. 5, 2006 with driving with a suspended license and on July 1 with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, had his cases continued to July 5.

William H. Clift, 20, of Cambridge, Mass., charged June 28 with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a false Registry of Motor Vehicles document and speeding, had his case continued to July 25.

A warrant was to issue for Joel P. Coelho, 44, of Hyannis, Mass., charged April 2 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration.

Hector H. Delolmo, 36, of 64 Old South Road, charged Feb. 23 with abandoning a vehicle, will have the charge dismissed with $200 court costs.

Nicholas J. Dew, 19, of Cold Spring, Ky., charged June 30 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes, speeding and not wearing a seat belt, had his case continued to July 5.

Brian W. Habicht, 18, of Coventry, Conn., charged June 30 with being a minor possessing alcohol, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs.

Mirosiav M. Iliev, 29, of 7 Equator Drive, charged June 30 with driving without a license, failing to stop and not wearing a seat belt, will have the license charge dismissed with $100 court costs and was found responsible on the other charges.

Matthew C. Judson, 18, of Dedham, Mass., charged June 30 with drug possession, had his case continued to July 25.

Yana V. Kachanova, 22, of Hyannis, Mass., charged April 13 with driving an uninsured vehicle, had her case continued to July 9.

James W. Kelley, 46, of Dennisport, Mass., charged Aug. 7, 2005 with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and resisting arrest, had his case continued to July 5.

Awarrant was to issue for John J. Kozlowski, 44, of 10B Maryann Drive, charged April 24 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration and equipment violations.

A warrant was to issue for Karen Y. Kozlowski, 43, of 'Sconset, charged April 24 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration.

Wesley L. Lamotta, 19, of 7 Pine Grove Lane, charged June 29 with driving with a suspended license, had his case continued to Aug. 1.

A warrant was to issue for Brent J. Leslie, 23, of 50 Cliff Road, charged March 29 with driving with a suspended registration.

Mark H. Lessor, 37, of Salem, Mass., charged April 23, 2006 with drug possession, admitted to having heroin on that date and was sentenced to 30 days in jail with seven days to serve and the balance suspended. Because he has been in custody for a week he was released.

Philip S. Lindsay, 50, of Dorchester, Mass., charged June 30 with marijuana possession, had his case continued to Aug. 15.

Keisha A. Malcom, 28, of 11 Cynthia Lane, charged July 1 with driving without a license, will have the charge dismissed with $100 court costs.

Gilbert J. Martel, 35, of 10 Green Meadows, charged March 14 with driving with a suspended license, paid due costs and had his case dismissed.

Seth R. Moyer, 31, of 23 Broadway, 'Sconset, charged July 2 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to July 18.

Christopher Parkinson, 24, of 2 Salros Road, charged April 21 with a license plate violation to conceal identity, will have the charge dismissed with $50 court costs.

A warrant was to issue for David P. Raza, 28, of Miami, Fla., charged Feb. 7 with being a sex offender failing to register.

Joan E. Reid, 51, of Nantucket, charged April 16 with driving with a suspended license and without an inspection sticker, will have her case dismissed with $100 court costs.

Carlos E. Reyes, 22, of California, charged June 23 with driving without a license, paid due costs and had his case dismissed.

Raymond C. Symer, 19, of 78 Skyline Drive, charged May 24 with driving without a license, having no license in possession and a license plate violation, had his case continued to July 18.

David C. Tarr, 28, of Nantucket, charged Dec. 16, 2006 with drug possession, had his case continued to July 30.

Flavio Jose Santana Toldo, 20, of 10 Miacomet Ave., charged July 1 with driving without a license and making an improper turn, will have the license charge dismissed with $100 court costs and was found responsible for the improper turn.

A warrant was to issue for Joel B. Walbridge, 28, of 55 New St., 'Sconset, charged April 3 with driving an uninsured vehicle and speeding.

Patrice Wilson, 31, of Hyannis, Mass., charged March 30, 2005 with making a false statement to obtain a credit card and identity fraud, paid due costs and had her case dismissed.
