REEL TO REEL
NOW PLAYING ON NANTUCKET

"Ocean's 13"
"Ocean's 13" (Rated PG-13; 122 min.) George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon and the boys return for the third series of the Rat Pack remake. This time, the super slick, metrosexual thieves mount up to avenge one of the original 11, Reuben Tishkoff (Elliott Gould), after he is betrayed by casino owner Willy Banks (played by Al Pacino). The lovely Ellen Barkin co-stars in the Vegas antics.

Wed. 5 p.m. Thurs. 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

"Surf's Up" (Rated G; 85 min.) CGI penguins live every surfer's dream life on Hawaii, with 21-year-old Shia LaBeouf (in yet another summer blockbuster) as the voice of rising surf sensation Cody Maverick. I want to be Shia LaBeouf when I grow up. (According to imdb.com, the kid had a movie out a year before he was born. What a showoff.)

Fri. - Sun. 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

"Knocked Up"

(Rated R for sexual content, drug use and language;

104 min.)

A chubby slacker (played by Seth Rogen, who's taken all the "chubby" descriptions with class) gets way lucky and sleeps up with Katherine Heigl's character. (Score!) But he also gets her pregnant in the process. (Ooh, Tough one.) Not sure if this is a perfect, comedic date movie, or a cold-shower cautionary tale - but it's been getting pretty decent reviews.

"Surf's Up"
Fri. - Sun. 9 p.m. "Pirates of the Caribbean:

At World's End"

"Pirates of the Caribbean:

At World's End"

(Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of action/adventure

violence and some frightening images; 168 min.)

It's a rebel seaman showdown in the (supposed) last installment of the Pirates' franchise. The ghost of Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) joins Elizabeth (Keira Knightly) and Will (Orlando Bloom) to save Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) from the land of the dead, and then rally all of the world's pirates against Lord Cutler Beckett (Tom Hollander), who, in control of Davey Jones' heart, seeks to rid the world of pirates forever and advance the cause of the East India Trade Company.
