District Court had a few arraignments and a couple of cases to dismiss on Monday morning before the trial for Thomas Toolan resumed in Superior Court.

Bryan C. Cressey, 57, of Barrington, Ill., will have his case dismissed with $200 court costs. He was charged June 16 with disorderly conduct.

Athryn P. Donaldson, 67, of Panama City, Fla,. had her case continued six months without a finding and was assessed $100 court costs. She was charged June 14 with seven counts of shoplifting.

Christopher J. Farnsworth, 27, of 24A Park Circle, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged June 16 with driving without a license and driving outside marked lanes.

Robert A. Francis, 32, of 39 Dukes Road, had his case dismissed after paying due court costs. He was charged Oct. 9, 2006 with negligent driving.

Nicholas Gault, 21, of Madbury, N.H., had his case continued to July 18. He was charged June 13 with breaking and entering in the night to commit a felony and larceny under $250.

David A. Gonzalez, 39, of 18 Centre St., had his case continued to July 18. He was charged June 18 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and failing to stop.

George W. Holt, 33, of 3 Hooper Farm Road, will have his case dismissed with $200 court costs. He was charged June 17 with disorderly conduct.

Steven R. Jewell, 42, of Naples, Fla., had his case continued to July 18. He was charged June 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and not having his registration in possession.

Jamie M. Quijada, 38, of 24 Bailey Road, had his case continued to June 25 for arraignment. He was charged June 12 with driving without a license, failing to stop and failing to wear a seat belt.

Kennedy P. Richardson, 21, of 25 Low Beach Road, had his case continued to July 25. He was charged June 16 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes.

Thomas M. Scannell, 21, of 5 Mizzenmast, had his case continued to July 18. He was charged June 14 with disorderly conduct, driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of property damage, driving outside lanes, speeding and driving an unregistered vehicle.

James W. Simmons, 26, of 35 South Shore Road, had his case continued to July 18. He was charged June 13 with driving under the influence of alcohol, improper driving and not wearing a seat belt.

Steven A. Staats, 43, of 13 Daffodil Lane, had his case continued to July 18. He was charged June 12 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

The case against Jason Whitehead, 18, of Sandwich, Mass., was dismissed after he paid due court costs. He was charged May 23 with driving with a suspended license.

A warrant was to issue at 4 p.m. for Patrice Wilson, 31, formerly of 20B Amelia Drive, charged March 30, 2005 with making false statements to obtain a credit card and identity theft.

The case against Edmundas Zakaras, 25, of 11 Essex Road, was dismissed after he paid due court costs. He was charged Feb. 12, 2006 with failing to stop for police.
