There were 14 people listed for arraignment in Monday's District Court, but four of those arraignments were postponed until Spanish and Portuguese interpreters will be available.

The case against Laurent P. Araujo, 25, of 18D Sparks Avenue, was dismissed after he paid due court costs. He was charged May 27, 2006 with drug possession.

Siarhei Baranza, 36, of Flushing, N.Y., had his case continued to later this week. He was charged May 11 with disorderly conduct.

Heather L. Bennett, 35, of 15 Nancy Ann Lane, had her case dismissed after paying due costs. She was charged Nov. 15, 2006 with assault and battery.

Michael P. Cantarutti, 29, of 113 Main St., had his case continued to June 25. He was charged June 9 with driving with a suspended license and not having an inspection sticker.

Dakota Cooke, 21, of 66 Prospect St., had his case continued to July 11. He was charged June 7 with a license class violation and not having a registration in possession.

Paul M. Dangelo, 37, of 11 Kittiwake Lane, had his case continued to July 11. He was charged June 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and not having an inspection sticker.

Marcelo A. Dias, 29, of 54 Essex Road, had his arraignment continued to June 25. He was charged June 5 with driving without a license, equipment violations and not wearing a seat belt.

The arraignment for Henrique Franca was continued to June 25. Franca, 25, of 7 Cynthia Lane, was charged June 11 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and not wearing a seat belt.

Theo B. Jordan, 21, of Duxbury, Mass., had her case continued to June 25. She was charged June 8 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes.

Carlos Medina, 21, of 8 Anna Drive, had his arraignment continued to June 25. He was charged on June 4 with driving without a license and failing to stop.

Colleen M. Murphy, 36, of 64 Old South Road, had her case continued to July 11. She was charged June 6 with assault and battery.

The case against Mark T. Reid, 43, of 8 Boynton Lane, was continued to July 11. He was charged June 5 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and failing to wear a seat belt.

Michael J. Robillard, 34, of 56 Somerset Road, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged June 8 with two counts of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and drug possession.

Mary L. Sames, 56, of 1 Farm View Drive, had her case dismissed. She was charged March 12, 2005 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Grant R. Scheibel, 48, of 1 Hooper Farm Road, had his case continued to later this week. He was charged June 5 with possession of marijuana.

Juan C. Tejada, 21, of 11 Cow Pond Lane, had his arraignment continued to June 25. He was charged June 7 with driving without a license, a license plate violation and not wearing a seat belt.

Julie A. Welch, 27, of 6 Rusty's Way, had her case continued to June 25. She was charged June 8 with driving without a license, without a registration in possession and a lights violation.
