"Pokémon Diamond and Pearl"

RATED E FOR EVERYONE FOR NINTENDO DS ................... Even though the subject matter has "just for kids" written all over it, Pokémon's formula of collecting, customizing and training an army of fuzzy little soldiers is rewarding and addictive enough to

seduce any gamer big or small. The game is also remarkably accessible; there are some very complicated ................... elements that are entirely optional, so the game is only as complicated as you choose to make it. The game also makes good use of the DS's touch screen, which makes navigating the "rock-paperscissors" style battles more fluid than ever. Needless to say, Diamond/Pearl is overflowing with replay value, from the hundreds of monsters to catch, to the online multiplayer. If you're looking for a portable game to hold your attention for a long, long time, you can't go wrong with this one. NOTE: Diamond and Pearl are essentially the same game, but each one has Pokémon exclusive to that version.
