I ON THE COURT Sara E. Berry, 25, of 21 Western Ave., had her case continued to June 25 to complete court payments. She was charged Jan. 31, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop for police. She had previously been charged on Dec. 12, 2005 with negligent driving. Johnny F. Beans, 40, of 19R Cynthia Lane, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. He was charged Dec. 28, 2006 with negligent driving. The case against Eric A. Bistany, 33, of 77B Skyline Drive, was continued to May 29. He was charged May 5 with assault and battery. The case against Linda Cahoon, 55, of North Carolina, was dismissed. She was charged Sept. 9, 2006 with assault and battery and placed on pre-trial probation. Jack K. Cartwright, 35, of Mississippi, had his case continued to Aug. 1. He was charged Aug. 26, 2006 with two counts of cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law. Brian J. Connor, 23, of 85 Somerset Road, admitted to a Feb. 3 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Connor's case was continued without a finding for 18 months, during which time he must attend the driver alcohol education program, stay alcohol free, submit to testing and will have his license suspended for 45 days. He was found responsible for driving without a license in possession, a marked lanes and a license plate violation and failing to wear a seat belt. The case against Gregory R. Cook, 44, of Centerville, Mass., was continued to June 25. He was charged Aug. 16, 2005 with driving with a suspended license. Darcy R. Creech, 45, of 16 1/2 Federal St., was arraigned on May 14 charges of driving with a suspended license and failing to yield. The license charge will be dismissed with $100 court costs and she was found not responsible on the civil charge. Gary Edwards, 26, of 8 Williams St., had his case continued to June 25. He was charged on Feb. 22 with cocaine distribution and on March 15 with cocaine distribution and resisting arrest. On March 16 he was charged with cocaine trafficking and a drug violation near a school. An immigration service detention order has issued, so Edwards will still be in custody EVEN if he posts bail from the Barnstable House of Correction. Phanarus Edwards, 22, of 18 Irving St., had his case continued to July 11. He was charged Nov. 3 and Nov. 4, 2006 with cocaine distribution and on Jan. 15 with marijuana possession and receiving stolen property. Daniel Franklin, 32, of 7 Cynthia Lane, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged Dec. 9, 2006 with cocaine distribution and a drug violation near a school, on Dec. 21, 2006 with cocaine distribution, and on Feb. 10 with driving with a suspended license and without an inspection sticker and failing to wear a seat belt. Sean S. Graves, 25, of 8 Amelia Drive, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and a lights violation. Kenute Haughton, 40, of 15 Essex Road, admitted to possession of marijuana on March 27 and had his case continued without a finding for six months. A charge of driving without a license will be dismissed with $500 court costs and a charge of refusing to identify himself was dismissed. AMarch 28 charge of driving without a license will be dismissed with $250 court costs and he was found not responsible for equipment violations. Kevin D. Holdgate, 34, of 50 Old South Road, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged Sept. 7, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law and on Dec. 22, 2006 with cocaine distribution. A warrant was to issue for Willie L. Jones, 21, of Rosedale, Miss., charged Feb. 17, 2005 with a license plate violation to conceal identification and driving without a license, and on July 4, 2005 charges of driving without a license and improper driving. Michael A. Kittila, 17, of 9 Pine Grove Road, had his case continued to July 18. He was charged April 10 with assault with a dangerous weapon. Joshua R. Kortright, 30, of 27S Cambridge St., had his case continued to June 25. He was charged Jan. 16 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended license and not having an inspection sticker. Karen Y. Kozlowski, 43, of 27 W. Sankaty Road, was arraigned on May 17 charges of driving with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and equipment violations. Her case was continued to July 11. Wesley L. Lamotta, 19, of 7 Pine Grove Lane, admitted to buying alcohol for minors on April 5. He was also charged Jan. 20 with drug possession and on Jan. 27 with being a minor procuring alcohol, driving without a license in possession and driving outside lanes. All his cases were continued without a finding for two years and he must attend counseling deemed appropriate by the probation department. He was found responsible on the license and lanes charges. Steven Lewis, 35, of 5 Square Rigger Road, remained in custody after not posting his $750 bail. He was charged May 5 with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. His case was continued to June 25. Charles H. Lindner, 42, of Boston, Mass., was arraigned on Feb. 10 charges of driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration. The charges will be dismissed with court costs of $50 on each offense. Evan D. Marley, 39, of 5 Eagle Way, had his case continued to July 11. He was charged Jan. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failing to stop. Winston A. Mautner, 22, of 2 Silver St., had his case continued to June 25. He was charged on June 10, 2006 with drug distribution and with the same offense on June 11 and July 15, 2006. On Jan. 13 he was charged with cocaine trafficking, two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and three counts of drug possession. John B. Miller, 27, of Florida, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged May 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving outside lanes. John D. Mills, 31, of 250 Milestone Road, had his case continued to May 29. He was charged May 20 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside lanes and not wearing a seat belt. Larry L. Mote, 41, of 23 Arlington St., had his case continued to June 25. He was charged Nov. 18, 2005 with drug possession and on March 8 with armed assault in a dwelling, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Patricia Newell, 47, of 41R Essex Road, had her case continued to July 11. She was charged Oct. 6, 2006 with assault to murder and has been in a mainland treatment program since her arraignment. Maurice G. Ortiz, 26, of 47 Appleton Road, had his case continued to July 11. He was charged May 20 with driving with a suspended license. Brooks J. Paradis, 24, of 13 Woodland Drive, paid due costs and had his case dismissed. He was charged Nov. 16, 2006 with drug possession. Dorothy Perry, 17, of 98 Quaker Road, had her case continued to June 25. She was charged Nov. 16, 2006 with drug distribution and with the same offense on Dec. 2, 2006. A warrant was to issue for Mark T. Reid, 43, of 6 Boynton Lane. He was charged Oct. 21, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol. Alexander Rives, 19, of 19 York St., had his case continued to June 25 to allow him to complete community service. He was charged Aug. 29, 2006 with drug possession. Brian M. Ruane, 23, of 2 Cedar Circle, had his case continued to July 11 for payment review. He was charged Jan. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and leaving the scene of property damage. Sorasak Santikulanont, 34, of 17 Miacomet Ave., had his case continued to July 11 for motions and a probation violation hearing. He was charged March 14, 2004 with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also charged on Aug. 26, 2006 with drug distribution, on Sept. 4, 2006 with two counts of drug distribution and on Oct. 5, 2006 with drug distribution and a drug violation near a school. Awarrant was to issue for David I. Smith, 29, formerly of 17 Correia Lane but whose address is no longer known. He was charged Oct. 13, 2006 with disorderly conduct. Robert Souza, 44, of 11 Union St., had his case continued to July 11. He was charged Aug. 2, 2006 with cocaine distribution. Liliana O. Spadaccini, 71, of Palm City, Fla., had her cases continued to July 25. She was charged Aug. 4, 2006 with three counts of larceny over $250 and shoplifting, and on Sept. 4 and Oct. 13, 2006 with larceny over $250. Cetric J. Wade, 25, of Nantucket, remained in custody after not posting his $1,000 bail. He was charged March 15 with assault and battery, on May 3 with assault and battery and on May 4 with intimidating a witness. His case was continued to June 25. Sharon Ward, 45, of 3 Washington Ave., paid due costs and had her case dismissed. She was charged Nov. 1, 2004 with driving under the influence of drugs. Cedric L. Washington, 23, of 39B Essex Road, admitted to a probation violation and had his probation continued with the added conditions that he stay drug and alcohol free and submit to testing. He was charged July 29, 2006 with cocaine possession with intent to distribute. Dec. 22, 2006 counts of drug possession were dismissed and he was found not responsible for driving without a registration in possession and responsible for driving outside lanes. Brett T. Watts, 23, of 4 Althea Lane, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged Dec. 9, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law. William A. Weinborg, 20, of Hamburg, N.Y., had his case continued to July 25. He was charged April 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and driving outside lanes. Delroy K. Williams, 44, of 15 Essex Road, who is in custody, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged April 9 with drug distribution and a drug violation near a school. Tyrone Williams, 28, of 14S Larrabee Lane, had his case continued to June 25. He was charged Oct. 6, 2006 with cocaine distribution and on Nov. 16, 2006 with cocaine distribution and a drug violation near a school. Raymond N. Woitkowski, 24, of 8 Salros Road, admitted to a March 31 charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and had his case continued without a finding for one year. He must attend the driver alcohol education program and had his license suspended for 45 days. He was found not responsible for a lights violation and for not wearing a seat belt.
