I ON THE COURT Nantucket Court Report

Monday's District Court session was unusually brief with just five cases on the docket.

Robert M. Bonfiglio, 43, of 77 Easton St., will have his May 12 charge of driving with a suspended license dismissed with payment of $100 court costs. He was found not responsible for failing to signal.

Claude Booth, 32, of Nantucket, was released from custody after being arrested in Hyannis for failing to pay court assessments from prior cases in August 2006. Booth, who still owes the court $350, was given until 1 p.m. yesterday to make his payment.

Cleiton P. DeCampos, 27, of 37 Old South Road, will have his January 10 charge of driving without a license dismissed with payment of $100 court costs. He was found responsible for not having a valid inspection sticker.

Eric A. Griffin, 34, of Hyannis, Mass., paid due costs from his February 7 charge of wanton destruction of property under $250 and had his case dismissed.

Sarah Anne Leblanc, 24, of 133 Orange St., had her case continued to June 25. She was charged May 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving outside marked lanes and failing to wear a

seat belt. I
