GOD OF WAR II

RATED MATURE FOR AGES 17 AND OLDER for blood and strong animated violence; for Playstation 2 God of War II is an action/platforming title that gives you a chance to fight some of the greatest heroes of Greek mythology in a quest to regain the powers of a god and avenge yourself upon Zeus himself. GoWII's action is always intense, starting from the first unforgettable stage that pits you oneon one against the enormous Colossus of Rhodes, and all the way through your journey to find the Sisters of Fate and change your destiny.

The level of brutality in GoWII is unmatched; some of the ways the hero Kratos dispatches of enemies are shocking, but always satisfying. I'd love to give some examples, but the game's overthe top finishing moves and amazing boss battles have to be seen to be believed.

Clocking in at about 10 hours, GoWII isn't the longest game out there, but the challenging puzzles sprinkled throughout and unlockable goodies may add up to a longer experience.

All in all, "God of War II" is a truly remarkable action game that any gamer mature enough for the brutal action should fall in love with right away.
