In Monday's District Court, Kimberly L. Baker, 25, of Florida, was scheduled for a status review of her case. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Nov. 17, 2005 and on Feb. 5, 2006. In the first case a charge of negligent driving was continued without a finding, and in the second case a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol was continued without a finding a charge. An assault and battery charge stemming from Sept. 28, 2006 was the subject of Monday's review but it was continued to July 30.

The arraignment of Osnir Bellaronte, 46, of 36 Old South Road, charged on April 17 with driving without a license, was continued to April 30.

Ellen E. Browne, 52, of 7 Williams St., charged March 28, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol and negligent driving, paid due court costs and had her case dismissed.

Jack K. Cartwright, 35, of 48 Essex Road, charged on Aug. 26, 2006 with cocaine distribution, had his case continued to May 21.

Patrick N. Curtis, 36, of Maine, charged with drug possession on Sept. 12, 2006 and charged again on March 24 with drug possession, had his case continued to June 25 for a hearing on a motion to suppress evidence.

Roderic P. Emery, 53, of 18 Field Avenue, charged April 21 with assault and battery, had his case continued to April 30.

Mardoqueo A. Figueroa, 26, of 4L Cedar Circle, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on June 19, 2005, had a probation violation notice withdrawn and his case was dismissed.

Bertram A. Fowler, 34, of 13B Witherspoon Drive, charged on Sept. 16, 2006 with assault and battery, had his case dismissed.

Henrique F. Franca, 24, of 14 Thirty Acres Lane, charged April 22 with driving without a license and speeding, had his arraignment continued to April 30.

Marc A. Gendron, 34, of Centerville, Mass., charged May 6, 2006 with driving under the influence of alcohol, had his case continued to April 30.

Kenute Haughton, 39, of 15 Essex Road, charged on March 27 with unlicensed driving, refusing to identify himself to police and drug possession, and on March 28 with unlicensed driving and equipment violations, had his cases continued to May 21.

Steven Jube, 51, of Quaise Pasture Road, charged April 18 with driving with a suspended license, refusing to identify himself to police and failing to stop, had his case continued to April 30.

Ali Kalkan, 32, of 72 Union St., charged April 16 with assault and battery, had that charge dismissed but was held under a detainment order from immigration services to investigate his status as a legal resident of the country.

Joshua R. Kortright, 30, of 27S Cambridge St., charged Jan. 16 with driving an uninsured vehicle with a suspended registration and without an inspection sticker, had his case continued to May 21.

John H. McGrath, 42, of 3 Raceway Drive, charged June 11, 2004 with breaking and entering and trespassing, had his case continued to April 30 for payments due the court.

Lucas Michetti, 26, of Waltham, Mass., charged Dec. 1, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law, had his case continued to April 30.

Raymond C. Symer, 19, of 78 Skyline Drive, charged Jan. 13 with leaving the scene of personal injury and two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, had his case continued to July 18.

Mary R. Thompson, 54, of 209 Madaket Road, charged March 21 with assault and battery, had her case dismissed.

Paul D. Waggoner, 28, of 8 Salti Way, is being held without bail on April 12 and 13 charges of kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. His case, subject to a dangerousness hearing last Friday, was continued to May 29 when his alleged victim will be present in court.

William A. Weinborg, 20, of Hamburg, N.Y., charged April 17 with driving under the influence of alcohol, negligent driving and driving outside marked lanes, had his case continued to May 21.

Edmundas Zakaras, 25, of Illinois, charged April 23 with driving with a suspended license, had

his case continued to April 30. I
