In Monday's District Court the probation for Albert Barbosa was terminated after he completed due court payments. Barbosa, 29, of 6B Boynton Lane, was charged Oct. 15, 1997 with using a vehicle without authority and malicious destruction of property.

A warrant was to issue for Chad Bergeron, 31, of Rhode Island, charged Feb. 23 with driving with a suspended license, not having an inspection sticker and equipment violations.

Cases against Claude Booth, 32, of 5 Clarendon St., were continued to April 17. He was charged on two dates in August 2006 with driving with a suspended license and drug possession and still owes the court $350.

Brian J. Connor, 23, of 85 Somerset Road, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged Feb. 3 with driving under the influence of alcohol and without his license in his possession, driving out of marked lanes and a license plate violation.

Ryan H. Conway, 28, of 54 Essex Road, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Dec. 3, 2006 with malicious destruction of property.

Sara B. Decker, 19, of 9 Luff Road, had her case continued to June 25. She was charged Dec. 31, 2006 with three counts of being an accessory before the fact and three counts of conspiracy.

A warrant was to issue for Phillip R. DeMenezes, 18, of 6 Fairgrounds Road, charged Jan. 19 with possession of drugs with intent to distribute.

The case against Shawn Duncan, 32, of 10B Norquarta Drive, was dismissed after he paid due court costs. He was charged March 16 with driving without a license.

Gary Edwards, 26, of 6 Williams St., remained in custody and had his cases continued to May 21 for probable cause hearings. He was charged Feb. 22 with distributing cocaine, on March 15 with distributing cocaine and resisting arrest and on March 16 with cocaine trafficking and a drug violation near a school.

A warrant was to issue for Robert A. Finnemore, 30, of Hyannis, Mass., charged Jan. 23 with negligent driving, failing to stop for police and driving with a suspended license.

Rudolph M. Hamilton, 35, of Nantucket, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Aug. 13, 2006 with indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older.

John Hilmer, 23, of 2 New St., admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on Dec. 1, 2006 and was found guilty and fined $500. He was found responsible for driving outside lanes and not responsible for not having his license in his possession.

Sean P. Joslin, 40, of 7 Brinda Lane, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Dec. 28, 2006 with assault and battery.

Rosalinda D. Katten, 49, of East Falmouth, Mass., admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on June 11, 2006 and had her case continued one year without a finding. She must take the driver alcohol education program and had her license suspended for 45 days. She was found not responsible for driving outside lanes.

Michael A. Kittila, 17, of 8 Pine Grove Road, had his cases continued to July 18. He was charged Dec. 13, 2006 with five counts of breaking into a building in the daytime to commit a felony and on Dec. 12 and 13, 2006 with vandalizing property, breaking and entering, larceny of a vehicle, using a vehicle without authority and larceny over $250.

Christine Knoll, 25, of 7B Grove Lane, had her case continued to May 29. She was charged April 8 with assault and battery.

Wesley L. Lamotta, 19, of 7 Pine Grove Lane, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged April 6 with being a minor possessing alcohol.

Oscar W. Lopez-Galdamez, 31, of 9 Wampanoag Way, will have an April 5 charge of driving without a license dismissed with $100 court costs. He was found responsible for not having an inspection sticker and not responsible for equipment violations.

Evan Marley, 39, of 5 Eagle Way, had his case continued to May 21. He was charged Jan. 6 with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to stop and speeding.

Ezekiel Mason, 35, of 26 Mary Ann Drive, paid $100 in due court costs and will have his case dismissed next week.

Lucas Michetti, 26, of 6 Allen's Lane, had his case continued to April 23. He was charged Dec. 1, 2006 with cocaine distribution and conspiracy to violate the drug law.

Larry Mote, 51, of Nantucket, will have probable cause hearings on May 21. He was charged March 8 with armed assault in a dwelling, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Finbarr A. O'Leary, 24, of 9 Square Rigger Road, paid $250 in due court costs and will have his case dismissed next week.

Maurice G. Ortiz, 26, of 6 Pine Grove Drive, was found in violation of his probation and had his probation extended for one more year during which time he must remain alcohol and drug free.

Awarrant with an order not to release after arrest was to issue for Reginald Parker, 42, of 44 Macy Lane, who owes the court $1,834. He was charged June 9, 2006 with drug possession and driving with a suspended license and on Dec. 30, 2006 with nine counts of larceny under $250 and two counts of larceny over $250.

Kyle W. Paterson, 20, of 24 Park Circle, had his case continued to May 29. He was released on personal recognizance after his arraignment for marijuana possession with the condition that he submit to regular alcohol and drug screenings until he is able to enter a 30-day in-patient treatment program.

Dorothy Perry, 17, of Hyannis, Mass., had her case continued to May 21. She was charged Nov. 16 and Dec. 2, 2006 with drug distribution.

David S. Pike, 26, of 4 Hull Lane, had his case continued to May 29. He was charged Dec. 19, 2006 with driving an uninsured vehicle, driving with a suspended license and registration, not meeting vehicle safety standards and equipment violations.

A no-release warrant was to issue for Marbin E. Portillo, 22, of 9 Perry Lane, charged March 9 and March 10 with receiving stolen property.

Alexander Rives, 19, of 19 York St., had his case continued to May 21 to allow him to complete eight hours of community service. He was charged Aug. 29, 2006 with drug possession and being a minor possessing alcohol.

Luis A. Rosario, 44, of Bridgeport, Conn., had his case continued to the August jury session. He was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper driving.

Alvaro J. Sola, of Nantucket, had his case continued to May 29. He was charged April 6 with driving without a license and without authorized use of a vehicle and making an improper turn.

Jeremy J. Starks, 26, of 65 Cato Lane, had his case continued to May 29 for a probable cause hearing. He was charged Nov. 21, 2006 with cocaine trafficking, drug possession and a drug violation near a school.

Jaime R. Trimble, 18, of Nantucket, admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol on Dec. 27, 2006. Her case was continued without a finding for one year, she must take the driver alcohol education program and had her license suspended for 45 days. A charge of negligent driving was dismissed.

Joao W. Valadares, 39, of 54 Essex Road, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged Dec. 17, 2006 with malicious destruction of property over $250.

Michael F. Walsh, 41, of 22 Massasoit Bridge Road, had his case continued to April 17. He was charged July 25, 2006 with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, destruction of property and negligent driving.

Sharon Ward, 44, formerly of Nantucket, had her case continued to May 21. She was charged Nov. 1, 2004 with driving under the influence of drugs.

Cedric L. Washington, of Nantucket, had his case continued to May 21. He is charged with drug possession, not having his registration in his possession and driving outside lanes.

Kenneth E. White, of Sandwich, Mass., had his case continued for a motions hearing on July 2. He was charged April 2 with drug possession with

intent to distribute. I
