INTENT Would require lots with frontage on more than one street or way to adhere to a frontyard setback on just one of its frontage streets and to sideyard setbacks on each other lot line except in RC-2 and R-1 districts in which a minimum 10-foot sideyard setback would be required.

PRO Building placement would conform more to the historic character of the island, specifically in the Town Overlay District.

CON Yet another zoning restriction for island property owners.

PLANNING BOARD RECOMMENDATION Adopt
